Small Group Experience: To enhance your connection with nature and the elephants, we maintain small group sizes, providing a more personalized and immersive adventure. Watch elephants live freely in their natural environment with no chains, hooks, or forced activities. Volunteer alongside mahouts to find food for the elephants by cutting grass and chopping sugarcane, and bananas. Then, relax at the Sticky Waterfall, where you can climb the rocks and enjoy a refreshing swim.

5.00We had a wonderful time during this trip. The first stop was an elephant rescue station about 20 minutes from our accommodation near the village center. Great value is placed on the health and well-being of the elephants and we also felt very comfortable with the guide and the staff. On site, there are clothes to put on so the elephants know you're not a danger, and delicious pad Thai for lunch. Be sure to put on shoes that can also get wet, as you go into the river with the elephants. 100% recommended! The second stop was about 1 1/2 hours away by van. The Sticky Waterfalls were also an absolute highlight of our Chiang Mai trip. It is best to take sock-like bathing shoes here, otherwise small stones will always get under the slippers. Overall 1A organized and highly recommended!
