  Overall tour guide is fabulous, spoke excellent English and was very friendly. Individual guides at both locations were also top-notch. I highly recommend this tour. Just be prepared to spend about 1.5 hours each way on the drive to and from Dakar. Nothing anyone can do about it, it’s just somewhat far, and traffic Dakar is thick.

  We had a wonderful experience in Dakar, Senegal going to a Lagoon where we saw hundreds of birds, and then we went to an animal reserve where we saw giraffes, rhinos, hyenas, crocodiles, monkeys, and-gazelles! The guide was wonderful as he picked us up at the cruise terminal and dropped us back off, making for a very easy fun day! I definitely would recommend this excursion!

  Please read the attached comments. I did not participate in this, as I cancelled it. You did charge me for the cancelled excursion, and I requesting a full refund. Thank You Aloha from Hawaii. I’m back from my travels, and see that you charged my credit card for this excursion. I cancelled it telephonically with Viator in the same manner that I made the original registration. The tour coordinator contacted me a few weeks before the tour was scheduled to occur, and told me that their was not enough time to go to both destinations, and lobbied for me to do one of the items but do a drive around the city in stead. I decided not to follow this change in itinerary and we cancelled at Viator. Subsequently, I replied to several emails that the tour coordinator sent trying to coordinate a pickup time and location, and relayed that I cancelled the tour. The tour operator replied several times that they understand that I was no longer scheduled. Please issue a credit to correct this misunderstanding. I have been a customer of yours for many years, and have always been treated fairly, as I’m sure I will be in this situation. 808-429-3930 Frank Stepo

  Picked me up at my hotel right on time. Was always in contact with me to let me know where and what time. The driver was wonderful. Experience was amazing.

  This tour is a great way to do some of the major things outside of Dakar that would be hard to do on your own. Abdoulaye (the guide) was professional and knew how to flow according to our interests staying within the plan, plus she speaks French, English, Spanish and German at least.
