What To Expect

MEMORY MAKERS TEAM will do the best to make your day an unforgettable memory in morocco. first of all your driver will pick up you from your accommodation at 9:00 am and drive you through the atlas mountain passing by the takeout town which has a huge history that your guide will tell you about; here you will stop in a local cooperative of argan oil where you will get a chance to see how the local women made a lot of productions from argan oil; about half an hour you will have another break in ASNI which is famous by the Berber traditional market to walk around it and see how the local people buy them needs from the souk.
Imlil
then you will head up to Imlil valley which is our last point; here you will have a unique opportunity to combine trekking in the Atlas Mountains through its typical villages. walking through the waterfalls and hidden trails in the first half of the day. And spend the other half of the day riding a camel for nearly half an hour in the mountains. In addition, you will have enough time during lunch in a Berber house where you will get rest and get closer to local’s lifestyles and learn a lot about their culture and Morocco’s Berber history. During your experience, your guide will be pleased to share with you all his knowledge of the Berber world, the local culture, and the most beautiful landscapes that his region offers. you will be back in Marrakech at 6:00 pm

5.00Youness definitely made the day extra special. He was really friendly and great fun to be around. His local knowledge gave a really personal and informative tour and he was great fun to be around and the drive was made with his impromptu karaoke - really good fun! The day started with the camel ride which was great and then a drive through the desert and into the mountains where we had a lovely lunch on the terrace followed by a walk into the mountains and waterfall. Absolutely stunning. Last stop was a visit to the womens' co-operative where they produce Argan Oil and products. A really special day made extra special by Youness - thank you

5.00We did this tour on our 25th wedding anniversary and it was one of the most memorable days of our trip to Morocco. A huge part of that came from our experience with Youness Ali, our young tour guide, who was so personable and fun. He was a local with deep knowledge of the area and he kept us entertained throughout with his engaging explanations and lo and behold, also played DJ for the day and picked memorable local and international songs to make the ride up and down the mountains more memorable. In addition, he accommodated our food restrictions. The trip includes lunch at a very charming mountaintop restaurant. The trip does include a trek up the mountains to up to around 350 feet, so come prepared with good walking shoes. And since we did it in February, it was snowing up top, so do wear layers and get good winter jacket. We also visited the charming village of Azro on the way along with a argan oil cooperative. The camel ride on the rocky Agafe desert was also different and enjoyable. But the hike up to the waterfalls in the Atlas stole the show. We highly recommend Youness and this trip!

5.00Youness was amazing! Very friendly, and witty. What I liked the most was that the group we travelled with was not big - which meant more of a family atmosphere. We all enjoyed the day, and especially the lunch and the camel ride. Thank you for a very memorable day indeed!

5.00Youness was brilliant 🤩- He made our day awesome 😎 5 ⭐️ to him and the trip was absolutely incredible full of fun, climbing, delicious 🤤 food … The driver Mr Mohammed was such a lovely 😊 guy smooth driving… Youness was well English spoken person with huge knowledge of history and off course lovely voice … never let us get board song and singing on the van 🚐… thanks will definitely do again with him and recommend family and friends.

5.00This experience was a 10/10 would definitely recommend, outstanding activities/views for its price, also the guide Youness made the experience EVEN 100x better by entertaining us with his 'singing' 😂 and explanation of some of the locations such as the 'villages' 'farms' and more. His english was excellent and could definitely provide a good time for all of us, also a big thanks to Mohammed our driver who worked hard driving throughout the whole 2-3 hour journey! The people on the tour was very friendly and easy to get comfortable with, the views are outstanding and did not fail to amuse us. I went with a family of 3 (My Son & Wife) and it was great, so i definitely recommend this trip as it is 1) Cheap 2) Entertaining (The Hotel Travel Agencies Charge ALOT more) so i would recommend booking it online (especially this tour) , because the experience is most likely better for the price you paid. We also go to a restaurant with Morroco's main cuisine 'Tangine' which was also a 10/10 and didn’t disappoint. Our favourite moment was probably the camels or the mountains. We thank Youness and Mohammed for their services and this trip was a 10/10 experience !!
