Start with an early breakfast and drive to Debrelibanos Monastery, enjoying the countryside and traditional villages along the way. The trip takes about 8–9 hours including the round trip. After visiting the Monastery and spending time in the church, continue to the Ethio-German Park for lunch. From there, take a 40–60 minute walk to the waterfall and the Portuguese Bridge, where you can spot the endemic Gelada Baboon.
