We took a 4x4 excursion to Tahiti. The steep paths we took on this 4x4 tour through the valley were particularly impressive. These winding roads, often steep and narrow, offer a real challenge for driving, but also spectacular views of the surrounding landscape. Their rocky nature and sharp inclination create a unique sense of adventure, reinforcing the authentic and wild look of this exploration. Despite their difficulty, they allow access to remote locations, offering an unforgettable experience in the heart of Tahitian nature. Discovering the blue-eyed eels was a fascinating experience, followed by a refreshing swim in a beautiful waterfall. Our guide also shared his Tahitian beliefs, which enriched our immersion in local culture. A memorable outing combining adventure, nature and tradition. Recommended.

It was the best tour I had in Tahiti. An immersive experience throughout the island, in the middle of nature. You should be prepared for 40 kilometers of mountain road in the back of a pickup truck. If you are, it's perfect. You will see amazing mountains, valleys and falls. From the guide, you will discover legends and myths of each place and the culture and worldview of the pre-conquering civilization. There's a stop at a restaurant to eat. In my case, I was carrying my own food and there was no stopping me from eating it there consuming a drink. Overall, it is an interesting, fun and ideal tour to discover Tahiti in its real essence.

A very nice excursion that we highly recommend! We advise you to stop at the village instead of the restaurant, because the refreshment in the river was great! A guide with beautiful values and stories to never end. We are glad we could learn more about the Polynesian culture we love, Mauruuru 🙏

Rainui is a great guide. In love with Fenua. He tells with humor and emotion the wonders of Fenua. The history of colonization is sad. You don’t leave this exit unscathed, which makes you think even more. Mauruuru roa for this lovely moment, even in the rain Rainui is a real sun ☀️.

An amazing experience in the heart of Tahiti 🌿 Our guide introduced us to the wild beauty of the island, between rivers, waterfalls and lush vegetation. He passionately shared with us the stories of the Maohi people and the power of Mana. Each stop was an opportunity to learn more about Tahitian plants, culture and nature. A magical swim in a place filled with energy, breathtaking scenery and a tasting of fresh fruit to finish in style 🍍 More than an excursion, it is a real human and cultural experience. I recommend 100%! Sissi and Cedric de Chamonix 😊

As a family of 4, we were lucky enough to live and travel around French Polynesia for approx 3mnths, it was the time of our lives, but an absolute highlight of our trip was our day with Rainui from Te Mana Tahiti Tours. Rainui is really a special person, and without doubt ‘the real deal’, fully committed to his country, its culture and history, he shares the wonders of Tahiti’s remarkable interior with his guests. His own family has deep roots to the land, so his connection to it is very strong and it is therefore a privilege to be a guest in his company. We learnt a huge amount, and were touched by his thoughtfulness and respect. He’s also got a wonderful sense of humour, and is a highly accomplished driver, which is very reassuring on the islands’ interior tracks. We cannot recommend more highly this experience with Te Mana Tahiti Tours. Maururuu Rainui!

This tour was like a dream! Our guide Rainui told us plenty of amazing stories about the island, its history, culture, people and nature, not only in French but also in perfect English. He demonstrated natural music "instruments", which was very interesting. We had plenty of stops for photos. Rainui is also a great driver and we felt very safe. The whole tour was full of laugh and good humour thanks to his jokes and tales. And the Papenoo valley is a true gem, so breathtaking, spectacular and beautiful, it is a must-do while in Tahiti!
