  I had a fantastic experience on this Delhi food tour. The food was delicious, and everything was very well organised from start to finish. It offered great value for money, especially considering the variety and quality of dishes we tried.   I joined this tour as a solo traveler, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, Tavrej made everything easy, engaging, and genuinely fun. Traveling alone can sometimes feel a bit isolating, but that was never the case here — he has a great personality, keeps the energy high, and makes you feel completely at ease throughout the whole experience. What I appreciated the most, though, is how he helped me truly connect with the city. This is exactly what I look for when I travel, especially in a place like India, where the atmosphere and the “vibe” of a city are something you really need to experience from within. Thanks to his knowledge of the culture and everyday life, I felt like I wasn’t just visiting Delhi, but actually understanding it. The food was another highlight of the tour. I had the chance to try many different types of local street food, all incredibly good — each one different, full of flavor, and really representative of the richness of Indian cuisine. It was a great way to explore the city through taste as well. Overall, this was not just a tour, but a memorable experience that I will carry with me.   Tavrej was an excellent host - my boyfriend and I got to experience the Delhi metro and a rickshaw ride with him, and I even got to try cooking buffalo skewer at one of the street vendors! It was so fun to explore Chandni Chowk with him. He made the experience much less overwhelming for us, all the food was delicious, and even though he's not a shopping tour guide and ordinarily does not take guests to places to shop, he was still able to help me find a few things (incense and spices) I was looking for, mostly because i wanted to take advantage of being in Asia's largest spice market. I highly recommend taking this tour with him!

  Loved this experience, our guide brought us to various vetted street food stalls and markets, and helped us with some additional purchases we were interested in. Guide is very friendly and easy to converse with. Would book again.

  From the moment I first contacted Tavrej I had a strong feeling this was going to be a fantastic experience ~ and I was absolutely right! He was warm, responsive and focused on making sure we had the best possible day. Nothing felt too much trouble; he was more than happy to tailor the tour to suit us and very generous with his time. We were travelling with our two young adult sons and he even added an extra stop he thought they’d particularly enjoy ~ a thoughtful touch that really showed how much he cares about his guests. The whole day was brilliantly paced: informative without feeling ‘tour guidey’, lots of laughs and full of interesting and engaging chat. We felt completely safe and very well looked after throughout. Delhi can be overwhelming and there is simply no way we could have navigated it like this on our own. (Also it was reassuring knowing we could tuck into street food knowing places were tried and tested) We’re usually very independent travellers but with only a couple of days in Delhi we wanted to make the most of our time ~ booking with Tavrej was the best decision we could have made. It meant we could fully relax and enjoy the experience while he expertly guided us through the city. Everything was seamlessly handled from navigating the metro to hopping on rickshaws in a downpour. On top of all that, Tavrej himself was a joy to spend time with ~ personable, funny and genuinely friendly. He made the day feel special from start to finish. I would 100% recommend this experience to anyone visiting Delhi.

  We had the most incredible street food tour with Tavrej last night, we cannot recommend it enough. Tavrej took us to chandni chowk via the metro, and took us to so many beautiful food stalls. The food was the best food we've ever had, but also just walking around the market streets of chandni chowk and getting so information and history was very cool. Tavrej made sure all the food we had was all suitable for vegetarians at our request, but he also caters for non veggies. Every little detail was thought of - bottled water regularly, providing tissues at the spice market, wet wipes after curries, hand sanitizer before food etc. We felt completely safe and looked after the whole time :) the tour took about 3.5 hours in total. Tavrej is also a lovely person & really fun company to spend the evening with, highly highly recommend.

  The street food experience in Delhi was absolutely incredible! Every bite was full of flavor, from spicy chaat to mouth-watering kebabs and sweet desserts. The variety is just amazing—you get to try so many different dishes in one place. What I loved most was the authenticity and freshness of the food, along with the lively atmosphere of the streets.   If you want to experience and taste the authentic Old Delhi, you have to take this tour with Travej! It was just fantastic. We tried things we would never have found on our own – the chole bhature was a poem, the mango lassi was wonderfully refreshing and the water buffalo kebabs were an absolute culinary highlight. Travej is a great guide who took incredibly loving and attentive care of us. You immediately notice that he cares about the well-being of his guests and knows his city inside out. It was all perfectly organized and just delicious. An absolute must for any Delhi visit. Thank you, Travej!"
