• Great way to see Prague!

  One of the highlights of our time in Prague. Our tour guide was very engaging and accommodating to our group. Each restaurant we entered was prepped and ready for our group, a testament to our guide's legwork and relationships with his vendors. None of the restaurants were overly touristy, in fact we saw lots of locals at the Imperial and at the beer hall. I highly recommend booking with this guide.

  This was a fabulous tour which we enjoyed very much. Would give the tour 6 stars if we could. Leona was brilliant. Friendly and knowledgeable. Food was varied and all delicious. The venues were well spaced apart, which enabled short walks around the city where Leona told us lots of historical and interesting facts. The art deco restaurant was beautiful and the beer hall fascinating.   Our family, including teenagers, takes food tours whenever we travel and we all agreed George was one of the best tour guides we’ve ever had. He’s a wonderful person who provided so many interesting details about Czech history and its food. This is a must do!!

  Highly recommend! This was our favorite experience during our time in Prague, and the first time we have taken a food tour. This tour is the perfect combination of amazing food and good conversation. At each seamless stop we enjoyed a specific Czech specialty, with background on the food, location, traditions, etc. We ate at places we never would have found on our own, and learned about local customs from a local. A great option if you are travelling with kids - my 17 year old daughter loved it as well. Thank you George for a wonderful afternoon!

  Outstanding Prague food tour—one of the best experiences of our trip. Great husband-and-wife operation, and Leona was an excellent and amazing guide. Perfect mix of food, history, and local insight. Stops included Café Imperial, Lokál, Kolacherie, and Myšák—amazing variety of traditional Czech food, desserts, beer, and even Becherovka. Loved how the tour combined Prague’s history (Old Town, Astronomical Clock, 1968, Velvet Revolution) with the food experience. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Prague.   This food tour was brilliant. We would recommend everyone do this tour early in their visit to get a great understanding and orientation to Prague’s best foods. We thoroughly enjoyed George’s enthusiasm and engagement with local food, culture and history. The food was great and for the rest of our trip we will be seeking out these and other similar and recommended places to eat. An excellent range from morning snacks, amazing Czech lunch, bar snacks, beers, wines and desserts. Do yourself a favour and join with this tour company.

  Leona is a lovely host - she immediately made us feel welcome. Our tour had 8 people total: our family of 4 plus a group of gentlemen in town for a football match. Leona engaged with all of us and found interesting things about Czech history and culture that would connect to our interests and experiences. And . . . the food was wonderful. We made four stops on our tour around the city (plus a few moments for the astronomical clock show). - starting with a pastry, then soup and main course, then beer snacks and plenty of beer, and finishing off with three more desserts. The whole experience was just under 4 hours -- we were worried it would be too long for our 14 and 17 year old, but they were sad when it was over and asked when our next food tour would be!

  If you’re in Prague, book this tour. We had a fantastic 4 hours learning about the local area and tasting lots of lovely food and drink. George was a funny, amazing host.   George was an excellent guide, making sure we had plenty to eat, a great variety of delicious Czech food and super knowledgeable about anything else we wanted to talk about to do with Czech Republic and Prague. We would HIGHLY recommend this tour! (Ps don’t eat breakfast and wear comfortable shoes :)
