What To Expect
Osios Loukas, also known as the Monastery of St. Luke, builded at 10th century more than a thousand years ago. Is a historic monastery located in central Greece, near the town of Distomo. It is renowned for its well-preserved Byzantine architecture and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The monastery is dedicated to St. Luke the Stylite and contains some of the most impressive examples of Byzantine mosaics and frescoes. It's a significant cultural and historical site in Greece.

Now it's time to see the center of the world. Delphi. Delphi is an ancient archaeological site in Greece (6th to 7thBCE), located on the southwestern slope of Mount Parnassus. It was once considered the center of the world in ancient Greek religion and mythology. The most famous feature of Delphi is the Temple of Apollo, which housed the Oracle of Delphi, a priestess who was believed to convey prophecies from the god Apollo. You will see the treasures , the temple of Apollo, the stadium , the theater and the modern museum with magnificent statue of iniochos. 5.00Kyriakos Our driver and information sharer was great! Had water & snacks for us on a very hot day. The day was leisurely and nice, not a rush. We got a wonderful tour of the monastery and Delphi! Then a great lunch in the coolest mountain town on our way back. Well worth the $ and this was a great way to see all of it without the crowds. The. other thing that was great is that he picked us and our luggage up at the Marina and then drove to show us great things to do around our stay near the acropolis and then dropped us off there at the end of the day. I would highly recommend him & this trip!! 💙🇬🇷

5.00Great experience, fantastic driver, very knowledgeable. The car is awesome, clean, luxurious Mercedes Benz. Delphi archeological site is unique with 2 temples , a Stadium , a theater and a museum. Many things to see. For history fanatics. Strongly recommend Athens Day Trip Tours they are absolutely professionals.

5.00The service was fabulous!! The vehicle is very nice with lots of comforts, making the trip and all transmissions very easy and comfortable. Dimitris (driver) wins you, from the first moment with his kindness, smile and professional, as well. Not only the above skills of Dimitris were amazing but also the feeling of security and the information that you receive of him. He gives also that he is educated person, knowing lots concerning the history of Greece. Moreover, he speaks fluent English and this make very easy the communication!!! Certainly, I got the best memories from this trip!!!
