5.00Four of us booked this excursion during our cruise stop in Bruges on May 3rd, and overall we had a fantastic day. The weather was beautiful which definitely helped, but the tour itself was also very well done. Our guide, Nicolas, had a great personality and kept the group entertained the entire time with stories about local traditions and history. He also gave helpful recommendations for places to eat during free time, which we appreciated. The only thing worth mentioning is that the schedule can feel slightly rushed at certain stops, especially if you enjoy taking photos. We would have loved another 20 minutes in the central square area because there was so much to see. Still, the entire experience felt authentic and not overly touristy. Bruges itself is absolutely stunning and we’re really glad we chose this excursion.

5.00Very nice activities, competent guide Provides a lot of information He was on time; however, we waited 20 minutes for other passengers, so you should mention that after 10 minutes the bus leaves, as it is disrespectful to those who are on time.

5.00We booked this excursion for our family of five while visiting Bruges on April 22nd, 2026. Traveling with teenagers can sometimes be difficult on historical tours, but surprisingly everyone enjoyed this one. Our guide, Sophie, did a fantastic job balancing information with humor and keeping the group engaged without making it feel too formal. The city itself is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like a postcard in some areas. The only downside was the amount of walking and standing throughout the day. My father, who is 68, struggled a little toward the end because the cobblestone roads are uneven in certain areas. I think the activity level should be explained more clearly in the excursion description. Other than that, everything was very well organized and we appreciated that the guide constantly reminded everyone about return times so nobody felt rushed or lost. We came back tired but very happy we booked it.

3.00The main tour person was on time and greeted us at the cruise terminal exit, which was greatly appreciated. However, when we arrived Bruges old town, we were assigned to another male tour guide who was slow and not exciting. Although we saw as much as other tour groups, but it was tedious.
Stress fee return to the ship.

5.00Coach was waiting for us at the port terminal, and the return ride was perfectly schedule to ensure we arrived well before the "all aboard" call. The competent crew and drivers were well aware of the ship's schedule. It's a very high end, well organized operation that allows you to simply rest and appreciate the beauty of the city without looking at your watch.

1.00First of all i always chose Viator when traveling because thay have best tours and service. This time in a cruise i had best affordable options but i oreferred to pay 120 EUR instead of 60 EUR cruise, because Viator is better. I was traveling in a MSC Cruise. We had a rough day at high sea but the next day when we arrived to Rotterdam weather was fine. I had seen that storms were expected but i trusted Viator to cancel a 6 hours walking tour if weather was not suitable. At 5:50 pm captain informed us that due to severe conditions dhip was not going to stop in Zeebrugge. I imediattly called Viator both guide, US services and using chat channel informing that we could not take exvursion. 16 hoirs before. I got the message that the 300 EUR were not beeing refunded as 16 hours was less than 24 h notice and cruise changes were not covered. I think this was mean, we understand the terms but we did what was possible and most of all it was a matter of saphety. Did the tour either boat included took place if it was not safe? Are you keeping our 300 hundred EUR and lose a limg kasting customer. Shame on you. You just took profit of what you know beeing unexpected and out of control situations. Dont take Viator. They were not honest. And they asked us for our opinion in this tour!!! Teasing us!

5.00It is worth a visit-Bruges has an old world charm that will truly captivate you. Don’t forget to buy Belgian chocolates from Neuhass-where the first praline was invented. It was a bummer it rained when we were doing the canal cruise but it did not dampen our spirits. Even got to eat Belgian waffles at the House of Waffles-delicious ! Buy their premium lace for souvenirs.

5.00Such cozy vibes all day! 💛 The guide was super friendly and gave us space to explore on our own too. The boat ride through the canals felt peaceful, and Bruges looked stunning under the afternoon sun. A dream day in Belgium!
