4.00Boat was nice, new clean. Crew was professional. safety was apparent. Food and cocktails plentiful. The only thing that was missing was sailing. Crew hoisted mail sail only and motored back to port. We had a great time on snorkel and beach. we were looking for some sailing too in great winds,

5.00Excellent staff. Food and drinks were awesome. Iguana island was spectacular. Snorkeling was good but the wind and the waves weren’t helpful. Definitely top ten vacation experiences we have had!!!

5.00We were super excited to spend our day on the boat. However, the weather and waters did not help and we were unable to snorkel due to the rough waters. The captain and staff gave us the option to join the sail or cancel without penalty which was so nice! We decided to go anyway. Captain Roger opened the bar as soon as we set sail! The ride was smooth and beautiful. The music was fun! The lunch was delicious and the whole staff was courteous and helpful. The stop at Iguana Island was incredible. We saw so many iguanas and swam in clear, shallow waters! At the end it was so stunning and totally worth it even without the snorkeling. And to our surprise, the gave us a discount since we missed out on a portion of the trip, even though it was due to weather. THANK YOU!

4.00The weather was such that the captain decided it was too rough near the reef to snorkel. But we were able to dock at Iguana Island and swim on the beach. But because the snorkeling didn't happen, the trip was ended about an hour early. I think he could have let us swim at the Iguana Island Beach longer to make up the difference. He mentioned that we would get a discount, but there were no instructions provided on how to receive this discount or what it would be. The crew were friendly and attentive. The drinks were good. The food was fine. The boat was nice and clean.

2.00Crew was amazing and the boat was beautiful. Didn’t snorkel even though I only signed up to snorkel. We checked in at the Ritz. They loaded us into vans to transport us to the dock. We all loaded the catamaran. They served us mimosa and then announced we were not snorkeling because of the weather. They should have told me when we checked in at the Ritz. We went to the Iguana Island and stopped to swim for a bit. I should have realized something wasn’t right when we were transported to the dock and not picked up on the beach.

4.00The waves in Grace Bay were 5 feet or more. Instead of getting on the boat from the dock in front of the Ritz, we were taken on a short drive to the marina and went to the Leeward side of the island where the water was calmer. Unfortunately we did not get to snorkel at the reef or see any sea life at all while snorkeling in this area. We also did not sail. The drinks and food were great. We loved the captain and crew. They were so fun!

5.00We had a fantastic time! Awesome crew, beautiful vessel, top shelf drink and best food! Amazing day on the water - the weather helped but the entire experience was simply perfect. It will be remembered as our favorite day on Turks. I absolutely recommend this tour.
