  I understand the weather was not good. However Pearl Harbor was opened. Visitor canceled us the night before the tour by text reason given " medical emergency with our tour driver ". And a refund would be given. 10 days later no refund and they will not answer my texts calls or emails.

  Was a great experience. Our driver was a great narrator while we were driving around. It seems as though you do not get enough time at the Arizona facility, not the actual USS Arizona ship but the park itself. We bought tickets for the USS Bowdin which includes access to the Submarine museum. Had to hurry through each one since there was not enough time in our time allotted time window. It was pretty busy but things moved well and escrowed was respectful on this honored place.

  

  

  

  

  

  

• Driver saves the day!

  The driver is much more than just your transportation- he’s a wealth of information on the islands, what to look for and he is there to also keep you safe. Another driver told my party we “were with him, we just needed to pay in cash.” I said we had already paid, he began to argue with me and said if we already paid we would be refunded. But it was just a man who knew where and when tourists were picked up for excursions- my real driver showed me my name, phone number and reservation number listed on his guest list. He also reported the man that had attempted to scam us, and warned us that this type of thing is possible anywhere you may travel, you’re out of your comfort zone, but remain vigilant. He really was a wonderful guide and the situation was quickly dealt with and put behind us, we thoroughly enjoyed the day, but I wish we would have had more time there. Next time I will book a longer tour, with this same company.

  Loved our guide and experience. They picked us up. Provided drinks and a small snack perfect for kids. We arrived on time and we had an amazing valuable and emotional experience. Thank you for the trip. Will sure book with viator in the future

  Taking this tour took the hassle out of getting tickets and worrying about availability. Our guide was very helpful and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the history of not just Pearl Harbor but also of Hawaii that he provided.

• Worth the experience to see the actual grounds when it all took place.

  Unfortunately we got stuck in traffic, due to an accident on the freeway. Therefore our time at Pearl Harbor was cut short. We didn’t have time for the theatre movie. Perhaps the company should have extended us as for an hour more, rather than a half an hour. It was disappointing to not see the things we wanted to see

  We had so much fun on tour with Roland! He was informative and made it fun and personal as well. He also catered to our needs as we hopped over from another island to do this tour. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was that the Punch Bowl was just a drive by. Other than that we had a great time and learned a lot. Mahalo!
