  Vanessa was a delight. She was entertaining, enthusiastic and very informative. We were given enough time and information to make our visit efficient. Our drive around to different sights was filled with facts, fun and care.

  1. We were picked up at our hotel 1/2 later than expected. We were asked to be ready to go in the lobby by 9:30 AM, and that the driver would be there between 9:30 and 10 AM. It was closer to 10:30 AM when he arrived. It was very boring to sit and wait. We did not learn until later that we must have been with the wrong tour group. We signed up for the "Deluxe Pearl Harbor, Arizona Memorial, and Visitor Center Tour", but I think we were picked up by the bus leading the " Deluxe Pearl Harbor USS Arizona Memorial and Honolulu City Tour". I believe because of the mix-up, our actual time at Pearl Harbor was much less than we expected. 2. We didn't realize that we might be with the wrong group until after we finished the day at Pearl Harbor. We thought we were headed back to our hotel from Pearl Harbor, but the bus toured around for at least an additional hour, to sites in Honolulu we were not expecting to see. At that point we were just wanting to get back to our hotel. 3. The driver was very friendly, but I don't think he realized his microphone was not always working. I felt as though he was just chatting with the guest in the front passenger seat, not sharing information with everyone on the bus. Because of that, we felt we missed much of the information that might have still made the incorrect tour an enjoyable one. 4. By booking in this manner through Viator, we do not know the name of the tour company. I hope Viator will share this information with them, so that they can try to prevent this from happening, and so that other travelers in the future will not have the same difficulties we had. I certainly feel we did not get the complete experience for the money spent. We might be more grateful for the extra sites we did see, except for negatives - the late arrival of the bus, the 1/2 hr lost waiting for the late bus, the seemingly abbreviated time at Pearl Harbor, and the much longer than expected ride back to the hotel. Any chance of getting some or all of our money back?

  Our guide was adequate. She did. Not seem very interested in the job. She was not rude, she just seemed to not enjoy her work. The vehicle was packed. The guide picked up the wrong ticket packet for our shuttle to the Arizona memorial, which wasted precious time.

  The tour guide was soft spoken but full of knowledge. He was very accommodating with pick up and drop off. We had directions given to us while walking to the pick up location to make sure we were in the right place. He gave a drive to China town, State Capitol, and other places after the pearl harbor tour. We enjoyed snacks, juice and water.

  A good tour of not only Pearl Harbor, the Arizona Memorial, and Blowfin submarine, but also a good tour of Honolulu historic sites and vistas.

  It was raining cats and dogs but despite of that, David was still able to give us a tour and we appreciate him much for doing so

  I understand the weather was not good. However Pearl Harbor was opened. Visitor canceled us the night before the tour by text reason given " medical emergency with our tour driver ". And a refund would be given. 10 days later no refund and they will not answer my texts calls or emails.
