We had a wonderful experience despite it was party drizling and foggy but still could see the beautiful nature view. The route to Cape Chikyu is very beautiful, however on the way back is dull . The driver, Nicky was very nice, helpful and courtese despite. Thank you Nicky for your driving us around.

Would definitely recommend this service for anyone hoping to see Lake Toya and Noboribetsu. Our driver was so kind and accommodating and brought a little snack pack and booster seat for my child. The weather was not exactly cooperating but she expertly guided our sedan through multiple white-outs. She was also able to share information about the sights and local food and customs. The parks themselves are some of the most amazing scenery to find in Hokkaido, we’ve done bus tours occasionally in the past but when you’re traveling with small kids you cannot beat the convenience of a driver and cost wise it’s so much better and less hassle than renting a car. Plus you get the value added of all the local knowledge they can impart. This company specifically was also very flexible about our itinerary, incorporating the Lake Shikotsu ice festival due to my child’s interest even though it was not listed on the website. I really appreciate their service and our driver’s kindness!

Kate was a fantastic driver and guide with a comfortable clean van for the family. She was so pleasant and accommodating that she made seeing all all of the key spots outside of Sapporo memorable. Well worth the fee. Thank you, Kate!

Jigokudani & Lake Toya were surreal! I was expecting the said places to be very crowded but they weren’t. We had loads of fun talking photos and walking around. Yuki, our guide did not disappoint. He gave us so much more information about Sapporo, Biei, Furano and Noboribetsu. He offered to be our photographer and he did an amazing job. I would request for Yuki to be our guide again if we get the chance to go back to Sapporo.

I love this tour! Lake Toya is picture perfect, so beautiful. My family also love the Noboribetsu Jigokudani, stunning views and scenery. Our driver Kate was very accommodating and kind. She can understand and speak the English Language well, so no communication barrier...what a memorable experience for my family! I hope kate will still be our driver when we avail of a viator private tour again. Thanks to Kate!
