5.00Alfredo was amazing! Very prompt and took good care of us. Our little one got sick and he was quick to pull over and provide towels. He offered great conversation and spoke both English and Spanish. On our ride to the hotel they decorated for my Husbands birthday and provided snacks and cool towels!

5.00We booked our airport transfer through STP Caribe. The communication was great. They were very clear with their airport instructions. The vehicle was excellent and very clean. The driver Juan Daniel was very friendly and helpful. You could tell he took pride in making sure we had a good experience. Ps the beer and water were ice cold for the ride.

5.00Roberto Carlos was our driver from Barcelo adults only resort to Cancun airport. He was an excellent driver. He was very friendly and professional during the entire trip. Drinks were provided for the whole trip. This was our second time using STP Caribe and we are very pleased with the service. Will definitely be using them again when we come back to the area. Travel days are always long and exhausting but Carlos made the beginning of our trip home very comfortable and free from hassle.

5.00Gabriel was our driver both to our resort (secrets Akumal) and back to the airport. Communication from booking to actual rides were real-time. Email confirmations with responsive customer service and text messages upon arrival to and from airport. I do my homework and skeptical when traveling out of country. Would highly recommend stp and Gabriel as a driver. Fresh menthol towel, lotion, beers and water in luxury Mercedes van.
