It was a wonderful experience. Our tour guide Craig was very knowledgeable and entertaining. We learned a lot about the history of Chattanooga. The train tour was also very interesting, especially when they showed us how they turn the engine around when it gets to the end of the line. To think that 4 men use to turn the engine by hand was unbelievable considering its weight.

The trolley ride around town was amazing. We went to ride the train, waited for awhile and they announced it was canceled! Very disappointed that we didn't get to ride that day.

Guy was friendly but we only rode trolley to go to train yard and ride train. Train got canceled. They did refund Train ride cost but I would have never paid price for boring trolley ride if not for train. Not trolleys fault but be aware u can drive over to the train yard with free parking and buy a train ticket and avoid the trolley that cost more than the train ride. You may enjoy trolley tour, we just found it uncomfortable and boring.

It was ok, hard to hear the lead guide. A lot of side conversations. Left later than time stated.

Had a great time, tour guide was great and very informative. I would strongly suggest taking this tour early in your trip, we were shown so many neat places to visit but this was our last day so no time. We are now going to schedule another visit to see many of those places. This tour is a must do!

If you're good with listening to paint dry, this is the trip for you. The first section was the trolley ride throughout town. The driver talked incessantly for constantly 1 - 1 1/2 hours. I am astonished he could remember all his stories. That was the most impressive part of all. The seats were all wood & extremely hard + uncomfortable. The 2nd section was the train ride. Yes, there was a different man talking, but fortunately, it was a short ride to a railway museum. The good part was that we all got off and had the option to go listen to another series of stories or walk around the antique engines. Enjoyable!!!! Unfortunately, we had to ride the Trolley back to where we started & listen to NONSTOP Craig for another almost hour. So glad for it to be over.

The trolley was comfortable and the driver/narrator was good. His stories and information were enjoyable, but he needs new equipment as it was hard to hear and understand him. The train ride was fun with plenty of room and a good narrator. The stop at the train terminal was interesting and it felt good to support training. The experience was easy for us old folks as well as the young kids on the ride with us
