We were sent tickets that said explicitly that they could not be honored unless we had a specific time slot reserved with the museum. Since the museum did not have any time slots open online, we called TripAdvisor who spoke to the vendor and we were assured that the museum would indeed honor the tickets without a specific time reservation. When we went to the Orangerie on the indicated day, the staff told us that they could not honor what the vendor sent us, but that we could wait in the 3 1/2 hour line in the rain to see if an admission slot opened up. We checked with 4 different museum staff to be sure this was correct, and they all separately confirmed. We had to leave and could not get into the museum. We have asked the vendor for a refund but have not heard back from them yet.

Don’t make the same mistake we did and think this will let you in quickly. We had to wait an hour in the line for people with no tickets or no set time on their ticket. We went at 9:15am on a weekday and waited an hour to enter.

These tickets do not have a time slot to enter. Therefore you have to wait with everyone who does not have a ticket. So I am paying 3 times as much to buy thru this site when I could have just waited and got the exact same thing

The museum itself is beautiful and Monet’s work is stunning, but it was more crowded than expected. It was hard to fully enjoy the paintings with so many people around. Still worth visiting, just go early if possible.

After visiting crowded places like the Louvre, this felt like a relief. Direct entry worked perfectly and we could explore at our own pace. The atmosphere is calm and intimate, which makes the art even more enjoyable.

You should not have sold untimed tickets as wait with a untimed ticket was way too long. On the museum website all timed tickets sold out. We gave up after 1.5 hours waiting in the queue and very little movement. Very disappointed!!

Loved how easy the whole process was. Tickets were delivered on time and entry was seamless. The museum doesn’t take too long to explore but it’s packed with amazing art from Monet, Renoir, and Cézanne. Ideal if you don’t want to spend a full day in a museum

Everything was well organized from booking to entry. Customer support was responsive and we received tickets without delay. The museum itself is a hidden gem in Paris — not too crowded and very enjoyable.

Total scam they RE sell a fixed hour for double the price and when you arrive you have to make a two hour line to get in. Book directly at the museum. I got this only because it was sold out. (By this people probably)

The Musée de l’Orangerie is a quiet and well organized museum. The entrance was easy and the works are very interesting.
