1.00The driver never showed up. After I got back home, I contacted the company and found out they canceled our reservation and refunded our payment. Luckily I was directed to a taxi service who had a 3 row Suburban which was great for the 5 of us. s The driver Bernard was great He interesting things on our route to our resort. He gave me his number (242-801-6460) and we used him on our return trip to the Airport. e

2.00The driver John was very nice, and helpful. The ride from the airport, to the resort was unfortunately hot do to the A/C not working. We got to stop at a grocery store, John our driver was very helpful.

5.00We had 15 girls coming to the Bahamas on a bachelorette staying at Baha Mar. We found this company to give us transportation to and from airport for a fraction of the price as SLS Baha Mar was going to charge. Nothing but great things to say about this experience!

3.00The transport company didn’t communicate with me on time of pickup and was slightly late. I had to call them multiple times to confirm pickup. The transport vehicle was really worn down and didn’t feel very safe. The driver was very professional which awarded 3 stars opposed to 1 star. I’d prefer to choose other transport companies

1.00No one was there to greet us. I messaged the local vendor 4 times with no response. I finally found someone (they didn’t have a sign with my name on it) and they told me the van was here. The van showed up 35 minutes late. I had 4 kids tired, hungry and unhappy. I paid $160 for this service and it was a disaster pie start to our trip.

5.00Friendly, reliable and on-time service. They got us to/from the airport in Nassau to Baha Mar resort. They were waiting for us when we arrived and got us back to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Would definitely use them again.
