Everything in our itinerary was covered as we had requested. The food at the restaurants was very tasty and mostly to our liking. The driver, Indra, was amazing and very accommodating. Great driver in Nusa Penida too. Definitely recommend this to others. Thank you for making this trip hassle-free and memorable for us.

We chose Agung tours as suggested by one of my friends and let me tell you it was worth it. They made sure everything was comfortable for our family. Mr. Wayan Widarsana was our tour guide. He was extremely polite and caring. He even took care of my elder parents. Helped them walk through the steps through our way to the local sites. Smallest of the details and concerns he took care of such as making sure we don’t get wet in rains instantly providing a hand for an umbrella. Such thoughtful gestures are much appreciated. Thank you Mr. Wayan from team Agung tours for always accommodating to our needs and timings. He didn’t rush into completion and gave us the time that we needed. He helped us with understanding the money conversion and would guide us to all the details that we weren’t sure about in a new country. He is the best tour guide we ever had. The management of Agung tour is top notch right from the pick up at the airport to the drop as the tour ends. The head Ms. Wati was also polite and considerate to our tour needs. It’s a must recommendation from a traveller visiting first time to Bali or internationally. Everything was taken care of very well as we stepped out of the airport with local tour and the choice of hotels. Though we would have liked some more spots that were not included in the itinerary possibly for the number of days we had. Yet some more important inclusion would have been nice as we had some time in hands at the end of the day. Nevertheless whatever covered was good enough and relaxed. Bali Agung car rental service has been the best tour experience so far in our lifetime. They provided clean and tidy car with a lot of flexibility and no harsh rules or regulations. The highlight of the entire experience was their driver Mr Wayan Widarsana. My parents rented the car and availed Mr Wayan's services for three days. And they are more than impressed with not only his service, but also with him as a human. A very decent, down to earth and polite person with forever smiling face. On all three days the trips exceeded the stipulated timing, but neither Bali Agung Tours nor Mr Wayan raised any objection or demanded a single penny extra. Moreover, Mr Wayan is also an excellent guide and took my parents to the best spots in an efficient manner. He is a very very patient person and if you happen to avail his services, consider yourself very lucky. Chances are that perhaps we might never come across such a service and such a person in the future !
