Abades is a nature reserve where you can see all kinds of colorful fish and marine life.

What To Expect
This diving excursion in the Abades area is designed especially for beginners without much or no diving experience. A PADI qualified instructor will train you and dive to a depth of no more than 11 meters. During the dive you will see all kinds of colorful fish and marine life. Important: You need to fill out a medical form at the dive center before diving. Important: If a person uses any medication and/or suffers from any kind of illness, he/she must provide an official medical certificate before performing the activity.

5.00We went diving for the first time and also had quite respect for the underwater world. Pedro has given us with his incredibly likeable nature many insanely beautiful moments underwater, filmed everything that you could buy afterwards for a cheap 15€. The impressions are unique and although we were challenged with all the new things, we have dreamed of more dives ever since. Our most beautiful holiday experience right on the first day. And so it remained, although everything else about this holiday was also excellent. Thanks Pedro!

However, my experience at Scubadivepro Tenerife was absolutely a game-changer! My instructor, Hugo, was incredible. His kind, patient, and easy-going demeanor instantly put me at ease. Before we even got in the water, he took the time to go over essential fundamentals on shore, ensuring I felt confident and prepared. Hugo also shared details about the dive locations and highlighted the points of interest we’d explore, which made me even more excited for the adventure ahead. The actual dive? Simply breathtaking. This was, hands down, the most amazing experience I’ve ever had in the water. Hugo’s calm guidance allowed me to fully relax and immerse myself in the beauty around me. Right off the shore, we swam to a sunken ship and encountered a fascinating variety of sea creatures—trumpet fish, octopuses, starfish, and even a sea spider! If I could give Scubadivepro Tenerife and Hugo *all the stars in the sky*, I absolutely would, but since I’m limited to five, they’ll just have to know that they’ve earned every single one. 5.00We were lucky enough to have Pedro as our instructor. My boys (10 and 15) absolutely enjoyed it. This was their first dive and Pedro made this a fantastic experience. He also took top quality videos so that the memory stays forever. He is excellent and patient person with kids. Knows how to deal with them and get a positive outcome. Could not recommend more. If you want to dive ( no matter what level ) - go with Pedro - he knows his stuff really well. Far far better then some of the commercially motivated dive centers in Tenerife.

5.00We made a very nice discovery of diving thanks to Pedro who was a very kind and serious instructor. We had a great time with him. Unfortunately we didn't see any turtles but it was still great to see the marine life. I recommend this activity to anyone who wants to discover diving.

5.00Our first diving experience with Hugo was just perfect. We felt safe with him, he explained us everything before we went to water. My husband was a little afraid earlier but after Hugo's introduction to diving there was nothing to be afraid anymore :) would totally recommend to everyone, this was one of our best experience and we are now really into diving :)

5.00First time I went scuba diving and I’m so thankful I got this experience. Pedro was so calming and cheerful. For a first dive I got a little nervous once I got underwater for the first time. It was a very I unique sensation. Pedro calmed me down, and did exercises with me to reassure me. He took initiative and was very professional, went above and beyond honestly! I felt very safe and had a great time! 10/10 would recommend!

5.00Take 3 dives, one of them at night, and the experience was unbeatable. Very good treatment from the instructor and we saw a lot of fauna, including turtles in the 3 dives.
