George and Jason were fantastic tour guides! The tour was amazing along with water slides and cliff jumping. They stopped the hike several times to share the natural wonders of El Yunque. Cannot recommend their tour enough.

Frankie is an amazing guide. He had a deep knowledge of the flora and fauna of the park and the changes that have taken place in El Yunque through the centuries. He is a native of the mountains and has many stories growing up in the region. He also has great restaurant recommendations!

Would have preferred for the tour to have more time walking on the forest trails and less time with the tour guide talking about plants & flowers. Would have also liked for the guide to cut back on his non-stop talking (with a loud tone at that) so passengers can enjoy a calm experience in the bus.

Frankie was our guide and he was fabulous! Very passionate about sharing his wealth of information and knowledge of the National Forest and on Puerto Rican history and culture. We learned so much in a short time. We enjoyed ourselves so much we wanted more and didn't want the tour to end! Pick-up was on time. Highly recommend!

This tour is no impact to light impact. Much of the tour takes place on the drive, which was admittedly beautiful, or at stopping points where you can take photos. There is one opportunity to do a light 15 min hike on a gravel trail at the visitor center which was my favorite part. If you are looking for a more authentic experience and want to spend the tour interacting with the forest, you may want to choose another tour. This is good for those who want limited walking. Frankie was a great guide and offered a nice intro to Puerto Rico culture for first timers.
