It holds a lot of history as well as some of the most beautiful beaches in the country In addition to over 40 gorgeous beaches, “Floripa” – the city’s nickname – has plenty of other attractions. On the tour, you will see the historical center where the little yellow and charming metropolitan cathedral is located.
Praca XV de Novembro
In the most important square of the city, we’ll get acquainted with Praça XV de Novembro (15th of November Square, named after the date in which the republic was proclaimed) where the imposing Palace Cruz e Souza stands, which now houses the historical museum of Santa Catarina. The Palace is important in many ways as it's staged many important moments in Brazilian history throughout different points in time. It hosted both Brazilian emperors during their visits to the city and was stormed by revolutionaries during the federalist revolution in 1891. It seems this palace has seen its share of history.

1.00Car 1 hour delay, communication from the guide bad, the guide acted in his own interest obliging the group to eat in the most expensive rest indicated by him. Most of the time was inside the bus. We grated the whole day the longest time we stayed out was at the restaurant. Horrible!!! I do not tell anyone better pick up an Uber and visit the places è cheaper and more comfortable!

1.00I bought a package city tour via the Internet, no one appeared at the marked place, did not warn anything, after 2 hours of waiting to get contact with the company that would carry out the tour, first said mao was locating the reservation and later said there was no vacancy for that date, and the site searches whether there is availability to be able to make the reservation. I requested the refund, the same informed that I would have to be with Viator, request a contact and they did not respond anymore. After all, so far I can't request a total discount. The platform has no contact channel. Don't buy!

3.00Request tour with guide speaks Spanish and the guide did not speak Spanish, hsmablaba solp in Portuguese and babble some basic words in Spanish, but we did not understand anything that said. He also promised more activities and was supposed to finish after 5 pm, however, after lunch we were dropped off at the hotel. Another situation is that you don’t get told that you are practically forced to eat lunch in a restaurant, whose prices are very high, sometimes you don’t leave with a credit card or with so much cash. They could point to that situation when you book the tour to be prepared.
