The tourist bus Floripa by Bus performs a complete route where you will be inside of everything that the Island of Magic has to provide you. With stops and predetermined visits, each tour is accompanied by a full-time tour guide and the bus is waiting for the return to continue the tour. In addition to the guidance, we also have information passed through recordings and a thematic soundtrack.

The bus has a retractable pad at the top, so that the experience is even better.

I’m sure the tour was super interesting and everything the friendly guide was saying was interesting BUT we couldn’t hear any of it! They need to put speakers up top of the bus because none of us could hear anything she said. This took away from the value of the tour because everything we saw we didn’t know anything about. Also, the tour guide needs to learn better translations when telling us when to return to the bus. 2 hours and 30 minutes does NOT mean 2:30pm. It is a duration. This is extremely important to say correctly or you will misinform people!

Tried contacting them the morning well before the start time since the meeting location was 30 minutes away. I tried asking if I could meet up with them later and no one responded until 3 hours later by the time it was too late. Looks like a fun tour but bad communication and got no refund in the process.

Overall the excursion was fine. The guide spoke very little in Spanish and English. Lots of Portuguese. Besides, it didn't tell us the places we were going through. I would have liked to have stayed longer in Canasvieiras (not only lunchtime but also for a while to go around its mall and get closer to the beach). We went to Jureré but didn't know the beach. I rate it a 6

A very nice tour, the guide Camila was sensational. It is an excellent opportunity to learn more about the island and its stories. It's worth it, don't miss taking this walk.

Nice, has lived in Florianópolis for 45 years and knows a lot about everything on the island. Our driver was very attentive and too professional. Super recommend this tour. Make sure to pay on time. I paid over before. And so far I haven't got my money back. I have td the q asked for me to repay, but so far nothing. I requested the refund on the same day that the payment was made.
