What To Expect
We’ll start in the morning with a relaxed pool session, where you’ll learn how to breathe, hold your breath, and move safely underwater. Then, in the afternoon, we’ll head to the ocean for the real magic — a freedive along the famous Napaling reef, swimming with the sardine run and soaking in the beauty of Panglao’s clear blue waters.

All freediving equipment, certification fees and study materials are included.

5.00I finished my AIDA3 tutorial and coach Ramar is very good! Very responsible! It pays great attention to the safety of students. In addition, with Ven, Rashin and Jomay went to see the Coral Garden, as well as the whale shark in Oslob. The journey is unbelievable, I hope to come again next time! Highly recommended!

3.00I went to dive on Napaling reef. They gave me a guide who is somewhat new. Could do much better with experience. I had a better experience with another freediving guide other than this before on Napaling reef even without a time limit.
