The pick up point was far from our ship and the map was difficult to read. They took us to the Tower of Hercules before it opened so we couldn't go inside. Very disappointing! There was a lot of walking on this tour. Definitely wouldn't be good for anyone with mobility issues. The tour guide was very nice but difficult to understand. When we finished the tour we had a long walk back from old town to the cruise ship.

Do not trust Tour Galicia! This tour was advertised as a port pickup but the pickup was at a completely different dock. There were two ships in at two different docks kms apart. We kept getting phone calls from the guide telling us where they were and telling us to get there quickly since we were holding everyone up from another cruise boat. I even asked a local policeman to help us read the appalling map we were sent, and he could not direct us. After walking about 2 kms we were no closer to where the guide was so told them to go and we requested a refund. We asked a number of tour sprinklers to help us, and they spoke to the guide on our phone in Spanish but still no satisfaction. We are so disappointed since they advertised a ‘port pickup’. Wasted a valuable one and a half hours looking for them whilst they needed to come to find us, but didn’t bother. Awful!!
