1.00This has been the worse tour we have ever taken. To begin the tour guide/bus was not clearly identifiable. We wasted at least 29 minutes walking around looking for the guide/bus. During which time we were texting with the tour operator but didn’t get a response until after we found our bus. Them we waited on the bus for the other passengers to find and come on board. The tour started one hour after it should have started. The guide (even though she tried her best) was not qualified to be a guide. Sure she knew the history and the facts of what she was showing us, but lacked the ability to manage and control the group, it didn’t help that her English (which was the language that the tour was offered in) was very limited. Since we were so late and needed to be back on board before the cruise ship left, we didn’t have much time to shop/eat or explore on our own. We were definitely dissatisfied with this tour.

1.00This was the worst Viator excursion ever, so bad in fact we got off the bus, before it started! The lady running it was Virginia. She was holding a sign away from where all the other tour guides were standing, she was holding up a sign, written in pencil. By the time we finally figured it was our bus, it was 40 minutes past the starting time. We were not the only other people who were getting on late , most others on the bus said they had the same! We had been texting Viator for a phone number for her, when we got one, we called numerous times and she did not answer! We then had to wait for another person who also could not find her or the bus. She then told us she could not speak very good English. At this point our frustration overwhelmed us. We made the decision to leave the tour and do klaipeda on our own. I would love for us to get our money back for this excursion. Very poorly ran, we have always had good service with Viator before, but this was unacceptable!

5.00Lovely tour that took us to the charming Omodos together with some wine tasting. Afterwards took us to Limassol's Old Town offering us a blend of unique shops and rich history. The Kourion ruins are absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views over the cliffs and sea. Our guide made the experience fun and engaging. Highly recommended tour!
