We will pass by the Mdina Gate, the majestic main entrance to the ancient city of Mdina. Also known as the Vilhena Gate, this grand Baroque gateway was built in 1724 and serves as a striking example of Malta’s rich architectural heritage. Adorned with intricate stonework and historical emblems, it stands as a symbol of the city’s noble past, offering a glimpse into the timeless charm of Mdina, often referred to as the "Silent City."
