If you have always dreamt of learning to dive, discover new sensations or just want to explore the diversity of the ocean, the Discover Scuba Diving course is your starting point towards underwater adventure.

This diving initiation is made for you !

Please be reassured, the learning curve is progressive. A Discover Scuba Dive in Pemuteran is the opportunity to do beautiful dives in the Marine park. After a short briefing, your instructor will take you into shallow waters to help you get used to your equipment and this new extraodinary sensation that is breathing underwater. He will also give you some buoyancy guidelines so that you make the most of your diving experience. Maximum depth of 12 meters (40 feet) for the DSD.

Please be aware that if you plan to go dive in the Menjangan national park, an additional fee will be asked to you at the dive center.

The entrance fee of the park is 200 000 IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) for the week days and is 300 000 IDR on Saturday and Sunday.

What To Expect

If you have never dived before, and you have half a day in front of you, it's the perfect time to start ! This initiation is made for you ! Please be reassured, the learning curve is progressive. Breathing underwater is an extraordinary sensation. On your first dive, after spending a short time adapting and getting used to this new feeling, after that you will feel like a fish....in water. You will practise basic diving skills, so that you can evolve underwater with ease under the direct supervision of your experienced and professionnel instructor. Learn how to put together your diving equipment, and discover how easy it is to move about underwater with it. The DSD course is organised in 4 main steps : -Short briefing to understand the basics of diving, few exercises in shallow, enough water to stand and acquire confidence -First Dive in Menjangan National Park -Short rest and lunch on Menjangan Island -Second Dive in Menjangan National Park Learning to dive is an extraordinary experience. You will breath underwater for the first time, an experience that you will never forget. *You need half day to take this course. *A minimum age of 10 years is required to do this activity.

The experience is great, giving it’s my first dive. Given a brief explanation however the diver is next to me all the time to ensure I am safe while still able to enjoy the dive. A mask is misplaced/lost however upon understanding the situation they didn’t charge us. We are grateful for their understanding. Overall it’s a good experience

During our stay in Sumberkima we did a first dive around the island of Mejangan with Dive Concepts Pemuteran. The team welcomed us with a smile. We were able to see the professionalism of the entire center. The dynamic Ines led us to two sumptuous spots, corals of different colors and shapes and many tropical fish were also there. Ines was able to reassure me during the first dive, she knew how to find the right words. Thank you very much for this fabulous day.

The Pemuteran dive sites are magnificent, rich and colorful. We swam with several turtles. the material is quality. But, above all, the instructor + assistant team that accompanied us was really great. I am apprehensive about water and have had to give up on dives several times in the past but @Arya and @Adeline gave me confidence. Their information and instructions were very clear and reassuring. A big thank you to them @Arya and @Adeline!!! You were at the top!

The experience was amazing but not just because we have seen 5 turtles but also due to my instructor Jesus Gonzalez !! He was really passioned and learnt me so much in just one day. He comunicates his passion with laugh. At first I was a little nervous about diving but with his explications and his serious about safety, I could only enjoy !! Besides this Dive Concepts has a good level on languages (English, French, Spanish, …) so we had a good communication thanks to Julien. I recommend this establishment on 100% !!

On arrival, a little chaotic organization. Lots of people and it ran from everywhere. Not enough equipment on site for everyone. What was missing was then delivered directly to the port. Upon arrival at port, the instructor assigned to us checked that each of us had the appropriate equipment. We then boarded a typical small boat. During the journey we received a briefing on safety rules and an explanation of how the first dive lasted about 30 minutes. After the first dive, we reached by boat the island that we had lunch with a sufficient rest time. Then second dive of about 30 minutes before returning to the center. Conclusive experience even if we stayed a little hungry in terms of diving

I took my father for his baptism in this center that I knew before and as usual we left enchanted! The instructor was very attentive to my father despite a few ears worries for which he took all the necessary time, so that he left in awe of this day discovered! On top!👌

I would highly recommend this company to do a snorkelling trip. It was a beautiful activity and we will always remeber it. We got a transfer from near Lovina with a private driver and came for the day. It felt very safe and very well organised. Great communication. The lunch was amazing! The equipment was brilliant and fit well. We were able to shower at the shop which was an added bonus for our trip back.

We do two dives with Jesus , Thomas and Waian on Menjengan including a refreshing dive since we had not dive in three years. The refresh was very educational and the dives were magnificent. The dive masters are very nice and know their job to find the most beautiful fish scorpion and octopuses that we would not have seen without them. The manager Nico is also very nice and helped us by finding us a driver when leaving.
