Enjoy the wonderful scenery and content of the mountains. You will undoubtedly be dazzled, one of the most incredible and profoundly beautiful places in Portugal. Passionate and breathtaking. During this trip we will stop to absorb the beauty of the landscape and its history. In one of its many corners we will find a treasure, the Convento da Arrábida, considered to be the outskirts of heaven, a unique and mystical place.

São Domingos viewpoint Our tour will start at the São Domingos viewpoint, where we will have our first immersive look at what we will be visiting during the day. Instead of a paper map, you will have a live map.

5.00We had a wonderful day with Carolina exploring Setubal's historic centre and visiting the Arrabida region. Carolina is a lovely, warm and engaging person, with a lot of knowledge to share. She loves her home town of Setubal, and we came to appreciate it at a much deeper level too, understanding it's history and culture over the years. Our tour was personalised for us, which was perfect, and we highly recommend Carolina as a personal guide of this area. It was great to discover the richness of Portuguese life and the beauty of Arrabida from someone so informative and lots of fun to be with. Thank you Carolina!

5.00I just LOVED everything about my time with Carolina! She's totally professional and knowledgeable, but so uniquely wonderful as a guide. History and beauty come alive with her spoken words and vibrant energy. She adores Portugal, and her area of Portugal is something she is so proud of, and devoted to. We saw amazing sights, the ocean and mountains, several towns, and everything was so beautiful. I see why she stays in the area. The good news is she offers CUSTOM tours to people, as well as what is listed on her website. Just Google Carolina Tours, you will be happy you did. I was sad to part ways, as the tour concluded. 5.00What a great day discovering Portugal history and culture with Carolina! We learned so much about the beautiful coastline of the Arrabida mountains, Setúbal, Sesimbra and more! Carolina was super accommodating to our needs, and making changes to our schedule. Her comfortable A/C van was perfect on a very hot day.

5.00Carolina put together a custom tour for us. We had limited time, but she managed to make it work for our group of four. It was awesome! Just the right amount of history, culture, and local knowledge. She clearly loves what she does and knows how to read people — what they need, when to share their history, and when to let them wander and take in what they are seeing. She makes history very interesting and clearly applies what she's learned as a certified interpretive tour guide. Thanks for the fantastic tour, we'll be back!
