What To Expect

Tabuk Province

The tour starts from the city of Tabuk to Al-Bad' Governorate and takes about 3 hours. During this time, we can see the scenery of nature, mountains, and camels. There are restrooms available along the way.

Al Bad'

1. Moses' Altar: This is a significant site where the Prophet Moses is believed to have built an altar to offer sacrifices to God. 2. Altar of the Golden Calf: Associated with the story of a group of Moses' people who worshiped a golden calf when he delayed his return from Mount Sinai. 3. The Split Rock of Horeb: Known as the place where Moses struck the rock with his staff, causing water to flow for his people when they were suffering from thirst in the wilderness. 4. Magha’er Shuaib (Well of Jethro): A historical site believed to be where the Prophet Shuaib, the father-in-law of Moses, lived. It includes a well where Moses is said to have drawn water when he fled to Midian and met Shuaib's daughter, who later became his wife. 5. Break for Lunch: Enjoy a meal at a local restaurant, savoring authentic regional cuisine.

Our journey on the Moses Trail with our guide Adel was truly unforgettable! The places we visited were breathtaking, full of history and natural beauty. Adel's driving was safe and comfortable throughout the trip, and his knowledge about the sites made everything come alive. He was very kind, patient, and professional, making us feel welcome and cared for at every stop. We also had the chance to enjoy his excellent guiding on our tours in Wadi Al Disah and AlUla - Each experience was perfectly organised and full of memorable moments. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tabuk and AlUla.

The tour with Adel was great. He is a very good person and showed deep knowledge of the Tabuk region and also Al Ula. Thanks to his advice I improved my entire trip in Saudi Arabia, such as canceling a flight that was not a good choice. Very good tour of the places related to Moses. The tour with Adel was informative about the history and local archaeology, as well as conversations about life in the region.
