I have used Viator many times in lots of cities around the world but this was my first bad experience. The start time should have been 1pm, but the day before we got a message stating we would be picked up at 12noon. This would affect our morning plans so I asked to change to their morning tour - they never replied. After getting picked up we realised we were the first in chain of hotel pick ups. After an hour of driving around central Manila we got to the final pick up but a customer was late and they agree to wait for them. After 15 minutes of waiting, and realising that we would be on this minibus for hours to get to the destination and back, we decided to cut our losses and walk away. We didn’t want to spend our last day in the Philippines getting tired and annoyed on an uncomfortable minibus. The tour company sent an AI response to our complaint and that was that. I would not recommend this tour or tour company.

Comfortable travel to Tagaytay with a great driver. During the ride, our tour guides entertained us with history, fun facts and even some karaoke. You have to try the Buko pie. Also enjoyed trying the exotic fruits at a market stand.

My tour guide Yvonne was outstanding. I was the only one on the tour so she asked me about food I’ve tried in the Philippines. Then she made it more of a food tour! Driver was excellent. I was traveling solo on business and had limited time for a tour. This was perfect!

Had an amazing tour with Andrei today. He was an incredible guide — super friendly, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable about Philippine history and culture. Learned so much while exploring, and he made every stop interesting with all the stories and historical insights he shared. Highly recommend touring with him if you want to really appreciate the history behind the sites.

It was a perfect half day tour to see a bit of the outside & get out of the city, especially if you're only in town for a few days. A nice mix of local culture, markets, history and gorgeous scenery- although the sky wasn't perfectly clear. Shout out to the great driver & very sweet Rosy - our guide! Very clear communication from start to finish, from booking/pickup, etc... (Whatsapp and email) Got some great pix too. I felt very relaxed & safe throughout...:)) Thank you! ❤️🤗

I was initially upset that the price for one person was $165 because the price for 2 people was $170. That seemed very steep for one person, especially when it is advertised as $85. But it turns out I was the only one on the trip, so it turned out to be ok. It is also important to note, there are two things incorrect on the itinerary. First, under the peoples park in the sky, it says you will ride a jeepney. There is no heepney, you will get to ride a golf cart. Second, the itinerary says there are two photo points for the volcano, people park in the sky and point 4 - tagaytay point, “we check out one of the perfect views of taal volcano from tataytay”. There is no point 4, you only get to see the volcano at the people’s park in the sky. Besides that the driver and guide were very friendly! They were rubbing their normal tour, but I don’t think they knew what the itinerary said. I even showed her, but she said that stop was the market.

The Tagaytay trip was my first trip in the Philippines. My guide Kenji is a very nice person, he never makes me bored. In the whole journey, he explains about Manila city, Filipino culture, offers me a Tagaytay special bun for morning breakfast, and explains the main attraction, Taal volcano. Moreover, I have requested them to drop by me near Old Manila City, and they are so humble to accept my request. It was really fantastic.
