Although the price looked attractive and some of the individual drivers and guides should be recommended, the lovely Sevinc in Samarkand who looked after us beautifully and was very charming and the calm Outilla who took us round Taskent with endless patience . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS TOUR OPERATOR UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. From not delivering on a domestic flight he had promised us and instead not only sending us to a much further away airport at a much worse time. He gave us this information only three days before we came so we had to go with it. He did not correctly inform guides as to where we were staying, he sent a boy racer to take us on a long drive , his speed radar kept chiming the whole way, he had no seat belts in the back, he played with several gadgets throughout the journey. The road was dangerous , we saw three pile ups on the way but he continued to drive with one hand and much too fast despite repeated requests. He suggested nothing to enrich out stay , made no sugeestions and refused to help us book a table or tickets for a concert. his responses were late and churlish, altogether a very poor experience.

A totally memorable trip organised with great efficiency by Ibrohim, Izzatullo and success their executives. Every detail was booked ahead from drivers and vehicle, transport, guided, trains, flights, back up. Fantastic organisation by the tour operators. I am planning to return with a big group of friends next year and use Gotouzbekistan again. Thank you so much Izzatullo and Ibrohim. We loved the trip you organised

My favorite part of travel was Bukhara, the hotel was good, the tour leaders were good(of course all tour leaders were good). Samarkand is very nice and clean. Tashkent is growing up rapidly. Good future for Uzbakestan

I loved this three day tour! With only a short time in Uzbekistan, I wanted to see Bukhara and Samarkand, as well as visit museums and see historic sites in Tashkent. Sometimes it was just myself and the guide so I felt like I was well looked after every day. On the first day, the tour guide put me on the train which I appreciated as it was my first time taking the train. After that I could do it myself and meet with the drivers who collected me easily. As a solo female traveller it was very safe and I never had any concerns during my travel. The guides took me for dinners and always checked to see what my preferences were. I'm really glad that I went to Bukhara because it was a bit different than Samarkand and I liked the architecture. The accommodation was simple, but very neat and clean. The breakfasts and all meals were usually so much food that I could never eat all of it. I was very happy with this tour and would recommend it to others, even women who are travelling alone.
