Known as the southernmost city on the planet and blessed with a beautiful geography that unfolds majestically, Ushuaia has established itself as an internationally renowned tourist destination. However, this excursion proposes to get away from the busiest circuits and into the wild nature of Tierra del Fuego, where its greatness can still be appreciated in its maximum splendor.
We will cross the Andes Mountains and walk along a path that has not been traveled to a viewpoint that will take our breath away. Then, in a refuge near Lake Fagnano, we will share a dinner of traditional Argentine roast, illuminated by the last rays of sunset sun and enjoying a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
This experience will transport us to a place where the greatness of nature and the richness of culture are intertwined in harmony. Tierra del Fuego is a destination that goes beyond what is known and invites us to be captivated by its charm.

We will leave from Ushuaia by vehicle, traveling through wide valleys of glacial origin heading to the top of the Andes Mountains
A hidden path in the forest will lead us to a (almost) undemanding hike to a viewpoint. From there, we can admire in full the lands that only 150 years ago were inhabited only by the Selk'nam people, the original inhabitants of this place. As we revel in the beauty of the landscape, we will share the history of this town, its customs and the impact that the arrival of the white man made on their lives.

Ushuaia is a beautiful and amazing frontier at the end of the world with lots to offer. Ushuaia PM is a great idea, created by a group of people that are passionate about their city and want to share it with the world. Having visited Ushuaia in the past, we’d already visited the common tourist destinations and had fallen in love with how amazing this place is. This time, we were looking to experience more of the area and culture, which these folks offered and delivered. We spent two exceptional days with them. Franco put together an initial itinerary, working with us to ensure the activities met our interests and matched our desired level of physical activity. However, they were very adaptable to the unpredictable weather of the region and made sure to take the best advantage of the options nature provided. Our focus was to see and experience parts of Ushuaia we’d not seen before. On the first day, we headed out in their private truck (Rosita) to the gorgeous Punta Parana and spent the evening enjoying a delicious meal with a beautiful sunset view of the Beagle Channel. On the second day, Franco took us to a different side of Ushuaia, where we were able to see how the city has grown over the years and appreciate a different side of the city and its gorgeous surroundings. This let us see and experience areas not accessible by tour busses and larger operators and let us better understand what life is like here. It truly gave us an appreciation of why locals love this region of the world. Having spent most of his life in Ushuaia, Franco provided a very comfortable and unique experience. The second-half of each day offered dining experiences enjoyed in Argentina. Since the first day was spent outside the city, we delighted in an Argentinian asado prepared by the guides while enjoying their private shelter along the Beagle channel. The second dinner experience invited us into a beautiful private home, enjoying local preparations while exchanging stories with the locals. The food was simply amazing and all formalities quickly melted away as we enjoyed dinner with our new friends. We had a truly unique and memorable experience with Ushuaia PM. These folks are doing something very special and deserve the chance to show you this amazing part of the world. You’ll have a great time.
