If you've never been to Hanoi before, this is a fantastic introductory tour . the itinerary includes must-see locations — the Old Quarter, lakes, and famous bridges — but also hidden gems like small alleys and charming village corners that many tourists miss. We enjoyed local cuisine, rode classic Vespas, and learned about local life from enthusiastic guides. This tour is like a very well-designed "Hanoi anthology

It was amazing how we were able to travel from the colonial city center to tranquil, green areas like islands in just a few hours. Throughout the tour, we visited both bustling neighborhoods and quieter areas near rivers and lakes, creating a contrast between the hustle and bustle of urban life and the serenity of thecountryside. That balance made the tour complete and showed us aspects of Hanoi beyond the tourist postcards.

From the moment they picked us up at the hotel, everything was smooth. Helmets, raincoats (just in case) — all taken care of. Our English-speaking guide was knowledgeable and gave lots of background about each place we passed. The drivers handled traffac confidently, so we felt safe even when zooming through busy streets. For anyone worried about safety on a scooter in Hanoi — don’t be. This tour handles it well.

Personal guide, local knowledge, and amazing photos Our driver not only drove us around but also acted as a friendly local guide. He told us about the villages, traditions, and the best viewpoints in Sapa. He even offered to take photos of us from the most beautiful angles, giving us wonderful memories. That personal thoughtfulness made a huge difference.

We chose a later time slot for our visit and it was perfect – cycling as the city lights came on, listening to the motorbike horns, and admiring the lights reflecting on the lake and bridge. Stops included cozy cafes serving the local-famous egg coffee, small street food stalls, and a relaxing meal of authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The atmosphere was friendly, cheerful, and authentically local. A must-see experience if you want to feel Hanoi's nightlife and taste the city's soul."

In just about 4–5 hours, the tour packed in a full slice of Hanoi: from the colonial charm of the Hanoi Opera House and French Quarter, past lakes, historic temples, to vibrant Old Quarter streets. The Vespa drivers were skilled and careful, and the vintaget scooters made the ride so much fun. I loved how each stop felt different — one moment modern city , next moment peaceful lakeside or historic lane. Definitely a great way to see a lot in a short amount of time.

This Vespa tour not only took us to famous tourist spots but also led us to hidden alleyways, small temples, and street corners where locals live. We got to enjoy authentic Vietnamese snacks and drinks that we wouldn't be able to find on our own. The contrast between the colonial-era buildings and the quiet, village-like streets was impressive. Sitting on the back of the scooter made us feel safe while still being immersed in the city's soul.

Riding a classic Vespa around Hanoi was trully a magical experience. We sped through the narrow alleys of the Old Quarter, crossed the historic Long Bien Bridge over the Red River, and felt the rhythm of the city. The guide was friendly and spoke excellent English—explaining the history and culture throughout the trip. The delicious lunch with local dishes made the whole experience complete.I highly recommend this tour if you ever visit Hanoi.

What a fun and meaningful day! Our Vespa guide was very skillful and spoke perfect English. We visited beautiful rice fields, interacted with thelocals and learned about their lives. I loved tasting fresh tropical fruits at the farm. The trip was well planned from pick up to drop off — totally worth it!

This Vespa adventure showed us a completely different side of Hanoi. The guide picked us up on time and took us through the small alleys and through the vast rice fields. Meeting the local farmers and enjoying the fruits from their gardens was truly an unforgettable experience. This is the best way to discover the real Hanoi!"
