I am a regular visitor and big Disney fan. The park is lovely yes there will be wait times for rides and unless you want to pay an expensive rate you will be in for a long wait for some of the bigger rides. What really lets this park down is the horrendous food quality with high prices. Some of the food I kid you not is inedible. If you are coming here after Florida you will be extremely shocked to find the Americans have got the food right over the French! Half of the food carts were closed so if you just wanted to buy a quick water you are in a line of at least 30 mins sometimes. I waited 30 mins to buy popcorn and water because they had one cart open in the park and the woman was extremely slow serving. Disney you make enough money, please pay staff to attend the other carts and help your guests by reducing ques! Especially when you have turned off the drinking fountains so no one can refill their bottle fast. Hot chocolate is nearly €5 and you get a half cup. A lot of the eating places were freezing cold as if no heating was used. To order a horrible burger and juice we waited 20 mins outside to get in the a further 20 mins to place the order on the touch screens, then a further 15 mins for the food to be prepared. A mountain of food was seen going cold as they didn’t have enough staff to tray it up. There were four counter spaces but two only open. Start showing guests you care about them Disney and open ALL available eateries to help control the ques.

From the very first moment, Disneyland Paris feels like stepping into a fairytale — even before you reach the turnstiles! The security checks at the park entrance are thorough and reassuring, with friendly staff ensuring everyone’s safety without dampening the excitement of the day ahead. This attention to guest security makes you feel cared for and ready to immerse yourself in the magic from the outset. There are occasionally special lines for prams and mothers. Once inside, the priority access system completely transformed our visit. We secured a Priority Card before arrival online (you can request it online up to one month in advance and pick it up at Guest Services when you arrive) — and it was an absolute game-changer. The card gave us priority entry to rides, attractions, character meet-and-greets and even special viewing areas for shows and fireworks. Cast members were consistently helpful and smiling, always ready to guide us to the correct queue or explain how the priority access works. This doesn’t mean to can automatically skip lines but it does help manage your disability if it impacts on queueing and accessibility. On occasion you can be told to comeback at a booked time slot. Queue skips were especially welcome during the busy Christmas period — instead of standing for ages with the general crowd, we often walked up within minutes thanks to the dedicated priority entrances. This made experiencing iconic rides stress-free and maximised our time soaking up the park’s magic. And oh, the Christmas atmosphere! Disneyland Paris at Christmas is something straight out of a storybook. Main Street and the entire park are draped in dazzling festive lights, garlands, and a towering enchanted Christmas tree, with gentle snow flurries drifting down throughout the day — giving the whole place that classic winter wonderland feel. Walking through the park dusted with snow — whether real or magical snowfall — was an unforgettable experience. The crisp air, twinkling lights, and cheerful music combined to create an atmosphere that genuinely felt special. When we were this last week it was -3 - freezing but amazing. As night fell, everything got even more breathtaking. The fireworks show above Sleeping Beauty Castle was nothing short of spectacular — brilliant bursts of colour lighting up the snowy sky while carols and Disney classics filled the air. Watching this from a priority viewing area made it even more memorable, as we felt like we had a front-row seat to the magic. The benefit of this was that mother could sit down as she is unable to stand. But what truly stood out was the exceptional Disney cast — from Guest Services to ride attendants, everyone contributed to the magic. They were knowledgeable about priority access, eager to help, and always ready with a friendly smile. Their enthusiasm made navigating the park and special experiences (like priority seating for shows or priority meet-and-greets) smooth and joyful. In short, Disneyland Paris at Christmas is one of the most enchanting experiences you can have — especially with priority access. Between the festive decorations, gentle snowfall, thrilling rides, and dazzling fireworks finale, it’s a holiday memory you’ll treasure forever. If you’re planning a visit during the Christmas season, prepare to be blown away! 🎄✨

We went New Year's Eve and visited Disney Studios first. We went on some rides and called in at a couple of cafes. As the day went on the rides had increasinf queues. We moved over to Disneyland mid afternoon and by now people were pouring in. We did go on some rides but otheres with over an hour standing in the queue in freezing cold we decided to give them a miss. I know that you expect it to be busy New Year's Eve - we were OK with that but the ticket charge for that day was over £150 each. When we went to find something to eat around teatime everywhere was stuffed! I would have thought that Disney could have made provision to feed the huge numbers of people that had come. Apparently not ... The shows we had on the App stopped around 8pm and by the time got to 9pm and we were increasingly cold because you couldn't get in anywhere we went back to our hotel in Paris. We didn't see New Yeat in at Disney - a shame. When we were sat on the train in the station I received a Disney Message to say that two of the Disney theatres were doing New Year Discos - a bit late then, we were off.

We visited Disneyland in 2025 and came today expecting similar treatment from the staff along with Disney’s fabulous venue. Disney has nailed the rides and venue however the staff are really letting the park down with the poor customer service. At the food venues we experienced rude staff on two occasions. Around 50% of the food kiosks were shut and the ones that were open were slow, understaffed and had long lines. The staff seemed unenthusiastic and with the whopping price tag were delivering rubbish service. To order three burger meals at €17 each I had to lineup for 15 minutes to order from the screen and then wait another 15 minutes to pick up my order. There must have been 40 burgers sitting in the bay Marie but only 2 staff serving food. Only two of the three kiosk’s were open and only half of the touchscreen ordering panels were working. There was no one to clean tables. Total shambles. The cafe where we got snacks was much the same. Disney, you need to lift your game. Go and check out Orlando.

Great time had by all as a family group at Disneyland Paris. Friendly character encounters, great with the kids. Disney Princess breakfast was amazing with the characters ensuring they spent time with everyone to enhance the experience. Only downside was restrictive menu which didn’t work too well for one of the kids with dietary requirements yet we still had to pay the full £75 for breakfast per person. The breakfast was delightful for everyone else and plenty of food. We also attended the character dinner which again was expensive but you pay for the meet and greet experience of having one to one with the characters. Food was really great quality but as we booked for the later time lots of the food was warm not piping hot as we’d have preferred. It was however great quality and a wide variety including seafoods and steaks and petit deserts etc. One drink each included. You pay on entry and it’s a buffet set up. The kids enjoyed the rides. Lots of shops on site to buy gifts and token presents etc, keepsakes. We bought loads!! Take extra bags or have plenty of room in luggage. Staff were mostly helpful, a few were rude but you get that everywhere with such a huge staff team. We really enjoyed the whole experience. We’d defintely recommend. Great service for those with disabilities too, customer service was really helpful with fast passes for those with disabilities and Access cards.

A great and wonderful place. Lots of rides, attractions, picturesque buildings and landscapes. Amazing Disneyland parade. Using VIATOR on ticket bookings are very easy & convinient ( same prices as official Disney websites). But you will need the official Disneyland app (sinc or link you viator tickets with Disneyland app - for seamless entrance). The official Disneyland app is very handy. Booking & reserving restaurant seats, performances, etc. It has a gps map as well. Highly recommended. Best not to go here on winter season since it was freezing for me (-1c to 3c).

Extremely frustrating and poorly managed The experience at Disneyland Paris has been honestly very frustrating. Everything is excessively slow and poorly organized. I arrived at the park at 9:30 a.m. and spent almost one full hour just to enter the park, not even to access any attractions. The entry process is painfully slow, with clear bottlenecks and very inefficient operations. Once inside, the situation does not improve. In more than five hours inside the park, I have only managed to go on two rides. Everything runs at an extremely slow pace. Food is another major issue. Ordering lunch is exhausting: endless lines, very slow service, and a completely draining experience. Every single activity — entering the park, riding an attraction, or getting food — takes around an hour and a half. With this level of inefficiency, the question is unavoidable: is it really worth it? If your time is valuable or limited, and you expect a smooth, well-managed experience, this park falls far short.

I think French Disney is more romantic than anywhere else, in addition to the dream atmosphere. The interior restaurant decoration and cuisine are also on top level, full of artistic feel. Whether it's play facilities or restaurants. And the food cart on the street, there is also red wine, white wine, champagne and a variety of soda snacks, such as peaches, salami, cheese, etc.
