Al Maha Transit Lounge

AI Maha Lounge is located at Terminal 1 (South Node, Level 2). From the Teddy Bear Area, walk straight ahead. Take the lift on the left. The lounge is conveniently located near Gates A, B, and C. Please scan the QR code we sent via email for entry. You can enjoy the services as follows at the lounge: Relaxation areas: There are comfortable seating areas where travellers can unwind before their flight. Food and drink: Guests can enjoy a variety of complimentary refreshments, snacks and meals. Both hot and cold options are available. Beverages: The lounge usually offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. So everything was perfect... It is very clean and tidy... But just a shower for such a large lounge is just too little... My husband had to wait at least half an hour

A famous ACDC song is "It's a long way to The Top" and I can tell you after a couple visits to Hamad International Airport it's also a long way to find a beer! After blowing the budget on legroom & beers at Sydney lounge access wasn't in the wheelhouse. So, with an approx. 3 hour wait we went looking thru the terminal at 6am for a beer. Or more precisely, I did. And it was a long way to the top and bottom, and in between till I found success! The airport is modern and very functional with train connections to far gates, a multitude of shops, restaurants, car displays, weird art works and a relaxing garden/forest zone. Oh, as to my quest, we finally found two spots to grab a beer and took out a third mortgage to enjoy same!

This is a great service, the shower is amazing, food and drinks are excellent. Would be nice if there was more recliner chairs.

My favorite airport because it is so big and beautiful. This airport has a garden for travelers to rest while they are waiting for their flights. This airport have so many restaurants, gift shops, cafe shops, spa, hotel, and other brand name stores such as Dior, Tiffany, Gucci, etc...
Ticketing con. No refund so far.

I bought a ticket for Al maha lounge through TripAdvisor, Then it turned out it was through aviator Which turned out it was using a smaller travel company called Train Spread. Who ultimately sent me a receipt of payment and a “ticket” that was not valid when I got to the lounge. They didn’t let me in as the barcoded “ticket” I was meant to show them on arrival was invalid. I paid $81 for an argument and I have not been refunded. I tried to contact Viator, trip spread and get them to send me a correct usable ticket which they didn’t let not. I asked for a refund and it’s been over 48 hours with no reply. Do not trust trip advisor just buy your ticket in cash at the lounge, it’s the same price. This was a huge disappointment and wasted 4 hours in the middle of the night trying to resolve this after being awake for 20 hours already ( flying from Australia) the customer service was terrible, the lounge itself staff were unhelpful. This was a horrible experience of buying a product online and not getting it sent and not being able to use it. At this point I feel like they’ve stolen my money. DO NOT TRUST TRIPADVISOR PRODUCTS. I had to go through 3 businesses to get this resolved. It’s completely unnecessary I should’ve been smart and just buy a lounge ticket in cash there. The only way I’ll get my money back it seems is with a visa chargeback.
