What To Expect
Select the date and time of pickup, On the day of request, the driver will meet you at the requested location. The driver will Wait for you for 60 minutes at the airport and 15 minutes at the hotel. Look for the lead passenger name sign and call the driver on the number shared with you. If the driver is not reachable you can contact our customer support anytime. Enjoy your journey.

2.00I'm not sure if it's Viator or the tour operator, but I paid for a Mercedes Sprinter van win a capacity of 12 passengers, and got a 7 passenger van that wasn't big enough to hold 6 people with luggage. I texted via WhatsApp someone and told them the number of people and luggage, and their response was ok. They then brought another car and told me that I needed to pay for the extra vehicle. We did not feel that this was the best choice for a transfer. The drivers were nice, but there was definitely a disconnect somewhere.

2.00Booked a business van, with the description of Mercedes Vito or similar. Received a dirty Honda odyssey. Driver didn’t know how to get to the hotel so did circles through back alleys and highways. Additionally the cost - once arrived in Doha I see that an UBER is 5% of the cost of this private transfer service. Don’t recommend.
