Join us aboard our two-hour Orange Beach, AL dolphin and nature cruise aboard The Explorer, our 40' Pontoon Style Vessel, This cruise combines all the features of the dolphin cruise with extra floating time through the hidden creeks of the back bays.
Our knowledgeable tour guide and captain point out the local flora and fauna. You may see osprey and their nests, herons, bald eagles, red-tailed hawks, and more. The Explorer allows us to get as close as safely possible to the banks and the local marine and wildlife. Because the boat only needs 16 to 18 inches of water underneath, we can sneak into creeks where few other boats can go, providing you with a truly unique and memorable experience.

5.00Customer service was excellent (they rescheduled us due to cold weather during our originally scheduled time), and everything from checking in to arrival back at the marina was great! Our 8 year old was able to see dolphins in the wild for the first time-loved it!

5.00The second time we’ve done this excursion at Thanksgiving - it may be a tradition! Saw lots of dolphins, herons, egrets, and a beautiful sunset. A perfect addition to our family Thanksgiving at the beach. The Captain is knowledgeable and has lots of info to share. Abby and Monica were great hosts. Drink prices are reasonable. Terrific family excursion.

5.00Best dolphin cruise ever! The captain was great getting us the best views of all of the dolphins. I have never seen this many dolphins on one cruise. Someone said there were about 70 dolphins in this area and our 9 year old grandson said we seen all 70!

5.00This was an amazing adventure! We saw lots of dolphins on our tour and they even followed the wake of the boat and seemed to be playing and showing off for us. The captain and two young ladies were great, the weather was perfect, the boat is very nice, the music was good, and best of all, the dolphins and birds were so fun to watch! This is a must see if you haven’t been out for the sunset cruise on the Explorer.

5.00Very fun cruise! We saw lots of dolphins & they were very playful! The sunset was beautiful and the crew took great care of us! Captain Smitty had a fun playlist to entertain us as we cruised around. Fun way to watch the sun set!
