Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
It is highly recommended that you eat 2-3 hours before the safari trip to avoid sickness during the dune bashing.
We highly recommend having international travel insurance, as self-driving activities carry inherent risks that may lead to serious injury. Coverage for such incidents is typically provided only through your personal insurance.
The quad biking segment is solely the participant's responsibility. Any damage, injuries sustained or items lost during the quad tour are not covered by insurance
All desert safari drivers are well trained and licensed for safari drives. The 4WD vehicles are fully insured and well equipped with all necessary safety features, such as roll bars, seat belts, government trackers, GPS, GMS, and a First Aid box

Please wear sports shoes for safe sand boarding.
Casual, loose fitting clothing is recommended in the summer, along with a jacket in the winter
Please note that if your skin is sensitive to henna, it is advised not to do it.
The 11:30 AM Timing slot comes with a Lunch buffet, and it doesn't include the Star Gazing & Fire show since it's during the day timing
Pickup will be within 45min prior to your selected departure time. Please be ready at the hotel lobby on time.
Pick-up timing is subject to change due to the emerging summer heat: 1 hour earlier in the morning and 1 hour later in the afternoon. A notification shall be sent in advance in the case of any change.
During the holy month of Ramadan you can watch only Fire shows in our desert camps
Everything listed in the Inclusions is part of the tour and is covered in the price. Quad biking is available if the option is selected.
By UAE law, pregnant ladies, anyone with back or neck pain, heart problems or other serious medical complaints and infants (under 3 years old) are not allowed during the dune bashing activity. (If these conditions apply to you, you can wait at the meeting point until others complete the adventure activities.)

What To Expect
Pick Up Listen to miraculous humble beginnings of the land of dreams, Dubai, from our friendly safari captains who shall pick you up and keep you entertained for the 60 minutes’ drive in a 4x4 Vehicle across the deserts. Quad Bike Ride (Optional) Welcome to your first stop. Take your time here to relax and prepare yourself for the adventures ahead. The place provides good facilities for fresh-ups and if interested, you may avail the Quad Bike Ride option to zeal up your desert experience. Dune Bashing Pump up your excitement as you bash into the golden dunes of the Lahbab desert and be ready to kick up the dust as you go sand surfing here.
Feel like royalty as you enter the Al-Khyama camp where you shall be greeted with the traditional Qahwa (Arabic Coffee), Gaymat (Exotic sweets), Dates and unlimited soft drinks. The camel ride and posing with the falcon after the falconry session is a sure catch on this trip. Get dressed up in the ethnic Arabian clothes-kandura (men’s clothing), and abaya (Women’s clothing) and spend the evening as an Arab smoking shisha and having an Arabian Makeover with henna painting. Camp Entertainments This attraction guarantees a feast to your eyes and tummies. 5.00Wow what an incredible experience. I cannot say enough about the fun my wife and I had on this safari. Honestly, every single activity was worth it. We did the ATVs, dune surfing, camel riding, and took advantage of all the photo ops. Zada, our tour guide, was an exceptional guide. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and was willing to help with every little thing. He’s also a great photographer. Highly recommend this excursion if you’re visiting Dubai!

5.00Fantastic day! We had so much fun! Dune bashing with our driver waqari was a blast! He obviously really enjoys driving through the dunes as well so we had a great time. You get So much for what u pay for, tried the shosha multiple camel rides and henna tattoos. So much food with large variety Definately didn’t go hungry. Great show to Finish the night off. Made even better by A Full super moon. Highly recommend. Crowd a little quiet but not our group. Shared a car with an Argentinian couple so we danced the night away!!!

Nadeem was super friendly, engaging, great sense of humour and most importantly a super professional driver which made our experience super fun and safe. Added bonus is that he takes the most amazing pictures. He even convinced me to try sandboarding and I ended up loving it. I highly recommend Ocean Air as well as 5 starts to Nadeem for giving me such priceless memories 👌

5.00Gulab earned top marks for his part in making the tour experience great. He was very punctual when picking me up at the hotel. He had good local knowledge of Dubai and the neighboring Emirates which in my opinion was a great add to the experience. The way Gulab was dune bashing, he could easily compete in the Baja 1000. I really enjoyed sandboarding in the Red Dunes. Over thousands of years, the iron particles oxidized in the desert soil, giving the sand its signature vibrant, reddish orange hue. It felt like I was hunting for spice melange on Arrakis. But the real highlights were at the Al Khayma desert camp. The baby camels petting zoo was absolutely adorable. Got to feed them some hay. If you haven't seen a grown camel in person, these animals are massive. Pictures don't do them justice.They had been an important part to the Bedouin heritage in not only providing resources but also serving as reliable transportation for millennia. They also had a FALCON, the national bird of the UAE, that you can take pictures with. How cool is that?! The package included a BBQ buffet lunch/dinner that was a good spread of choices for Arabian, Emirati, and Moroccan cuisines. They were baking fresh flat bread in what looked like a tandoor oven. It came out hot and chewy. I would recommend to pair it with BBQ skewer meats. Very tasty. As the feast was happening, they had performers playing traditional instruments in the auditorium as well as teaching volunteers the Bedouin dance. There were majlis set up to relax and escape the heat if one were so inclined but December is considered winter time for the region. Very mild heat. All in all great experience that felt unbelievable for the price I paid. Again Gulab did a good job. I would recommend newcomers to the UAE to give thos tour a try. I will be bringing some friends back with me next time.
