During any Presidential Events, Qasr Al Watan might shut down to the public without any previous announcements as it is a national palace
Guided tours are not allowed within the palace; your guide will narrate important information about the palace before the visit

4.00In general a good tour to visit some key sights in Abu Dhabi, worth to go. The company obviously has some agreements with a chocolate shop and a restaurant, as the tours recommend the same ones, which I don't mind because food was good. I wish however there was more time for eating, as we waited 30 min to be served, and then had to eat in hurry in 10 min... On the sidenote: I don't think it's appropriate to go through the bus on the way back to check if everyone is posting a review and be very pushy about it. I know the business and guide's position depends on it, but have some decency.
Places visited were good value for the money and the guide was good.

5.00A beautiful experience in Abu Dhabi. Pick up from the hotel was on time and our guide Miguel gave us good information about Abu Dhabi. He was also very attentive of the group and made sure no one was left behind. It was also nice of him to provide us with cold water for the tour.

3.00Our guide, Ziad, was a lovely person, but unfortunately, he didn't quite hit the mark. His instructions could have been clearer, which led to some confusion within the group. His delivery of the various sites was a bit... flat, and we found ourselves zoning out a bit. The commentary at the attractions was brief, and he did ask if we had questions, which is nice, but it felt a bit like he was just going through the motions. The biggest letdown was during lunch when he disappeared, and we saw other guides really connecting with their groups. Overall, it was a bit of a meh experience, but maybe he'll find his groove with more practice. Coming all the way from America, my friend and I were just a little disappointed.

5.00Had a great time with Fesal as our guide. He was super informative and we learned a lot during the tour. It was nice to get out of Dubai for a bit and explore some major landmarks of the capital. During this tour it made us realized how we wanted to come back to UAE and explore Abu Dhabi next. For people who are planning this tour it will take almost all day so be prepared!
