Dunluce Castle
Located on a basalt outcropping right on the north coast of Antrim. This Castle was once the seat of Clan MacDonnell and stood throughout the medieval era as a bastion against invaders from both land and sea. Built in the 13th Century this fortification has seen its way through Irish history ( with a bit of Viking, Christian and British history too!!) and it will see you too as you witness its rugged beauty against the backdrop of the Northern Atlantic Ocean where the Castle stands vigil. Filled with haunting stories of collapsing walls and howling ghosts! Most recently it made an appearance in the Game of Thrones Tv Series as the great Pyke, castle and seat of House Greyjoy. Narnia too has its links to Dunluce as it provided inspiration to C.S.Lewis in his descriptions of Cair Paravel and has even been seen in a Jackie Chan movie called ‘The Medallion’ Dunluce might be the first stop of the day but it may well be the place you’ll never forget!
Giant's Causeway
Find the heart of Ireland’s Ancient mythological landscape at the other-worldly Giants Causeway. Walk among the great pillars of what was once an epic bridge to Scotland & constructed by none other than Finn McCool! It is said that once this bridge stretched all the way over to Scotland being built by Finn when he felt like fighting with a particularly fierce Scottish giant! Some say that ‘Nature doesn’t work in straight lines’, those who do have never been to the Giants Causeway. An area of over 40,000 interlocking basalt columns, most of which are hexagonal in shape having up to 8 sides. This magnificent landscape indeed looks like it by the hands of a giant but it is entirely naturally formed by the slow cooling of lava from an eruption millions of years ago. Recognized as one

Our day trip to Giant’s Causeway, Belfast, and Dunluce Castle was one of the highlights of our trip. Thomas, our tour guide, was absolutely fantastic. He was so informative and genuinely funny. He shared so many interesting facts and stories throughout the day that kept everyone engaged. We also loved the faint Irish music in the background along the way and the unexpected (yet greatly appreciated) stop for morning breakfast and coffee along the way. Even our teenagers, who are not easily impressed, had an amazing time and were talking about things they learned along the way. The sights were incredibly beautiful, and we had plenty of time at each stop to explore without feeling rushed. One of the best parts was the convenience of having the entire day planned out for us while traveling comfortably and safely on a luxury bus driven by Jacob. (FYI, I would never want to try and navigate roads here as a first time tourist. Just let Jacob, he is a pro!) this tour made everything stress-free and allowed us to just enjoy the experience. We loved it so much that we even tried to book another tour for the next day, but it was already sold out, which honestly says a lot. We would absolutely book another tour with them again.

I would 100% do this tour again if I came back with different friends. I enjoyed my time in every stop and fortunately we had amazing weather. A little chilly, but no rain and we saw a rainbow. Highly reccomend Quiggs and Nick as a tour guide and bus driver. We were constantly entertained and informed on history.

This tour was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Visiting the Giant's Causeway, Dunluce Castle, the magical Dark Hedges, and Belfast all in one day was incredible and very well organised. The scenery along the coast is breathtaking and there was plenty of time at each stop to explore and take photos. What really made the trip special though were our guides, Quiggs and Nick. Quiggs in particular was absolutely hilarious — his stories, jokes, and commentary had the whole bus laughing throughout the journey. He struck the perfect balance between being genuinely informative about Irish history and keeping everyone entertained the whole time. Nick was also great and kept everything running smoothly, making the whole day relaxed and easy. The bus was comfortable, the stops were well timed, and the atmosphere was brilliant. If you’re visiting Dublin and want to see some of the most stunning places in Northern Ireland in one day, I’d highly recommend this tour. A long day, but completely worth it — and thanks to Quiggs and Nick it felt like an adventure rather than just a bus trip!

Me and my partner had so much fun! Giant’s Causeway was so beautiful and definitely worth seeing. It was also fun to see the countryside. Jacob was an amazing tour guide, we learned a lot of cool history from him, and Tomas was an excellent driver.
