Galway
You then lunch at a traditional pub in one of the area’s pretty villages before travelling to Galway City, your home for the first night. It’s a city with a lively atmosphere and excellent restaurants and bars.
Overnight in the lively little town of Killarney.
The Burren
A short drive along the coast from Galway City lies the Burren, one of Ireland’s national treasures. It’s home to one of the earliest Christian settlements in Ireland and broad limestone pavements and rare flora.
After time to explore the area, you travel to Kilfenora, the “town of the crosses”. You can visit the town’s fabulous ancient cathedral before we stop for lunch in one of the area’s charming villages.
Cliffs of Moher
You then head to the incredible Cliffs of Moher. Walk the stunning cliff trails as seabirds swoop through the clear air above you. And learn about the unique ecosystem in the excellent and award winning environmental exhibition nearby.
County Clare
The tour then moves south through County Clare, passing its famous golf course on the way to the picturesque beach at Lahinch. You continue your journey and board a ferry across the Shannon Estuary. After a short crossing, you head south towards the lakeside town of Killarney This energetic, charming area will be your base for the next three nights, so take your time sampling the superb collection of traditional pubs and live music.

If the weather is pleasant, you can ramble along the beaches and cliff tops to fully appreciate the incredible vistas.
Killarney

A very dissapointing experience...the small minibus is extremelly unconfortable Having no choice but to seat in the last row..which supposedly accomodates 4 adults was the WORST ride I ever experienced ...had to lean forward for all the 10 hour tour trip...since the 4 adults did not fit on that tiny space Furthermore had to carry my small backpack on my legs all the time since it did not fit on the overhead compartment Vents did not blow any air Unfortunatelly also Killian was a very rude tour driver My Ireland 5 day experience was not good

The tour was incredible and the tour guide, Stevie, made it a very memorable experience for my friends and me. Stevie went above and beyond every single day to help us explore Ireland’s beauty and culture. Stevie’s humor and storytelling were also super entertaining and appreciated. I will be back!

Easily the best tour I have experienced. The destinations were interesting and incredibly beautiful. Stevie, our guide, was affable and a brilliant storyteller! His storytelling was delivered with humor seamlessly interesting tantamount to Frank McCourt the author of “Angela’s Ashes” and Pulitzer Prize winner. Stevie could be a famous author as well if he put his pen to paper. The group was fun and diverse.

Rabbie’s took the stress out of travel and replaced it with discovery. Every accommodation, route, and stop was handled seamlessly. With just the two of us, the trip felt exclusive, and Michael D. made it exceptional—balancing history, culture, and humor effortlessly. He paid attention to what we loved and adjusted along the way, making the experience feel uniquely ours. This is how travel should be done. Thank you for the chai tea latte fuel stops and learning the Irish rule of thumbs. Super memorable and highly recommended with their smaller bus service as it is more flexible and maneuverable.

Our tour was nothing short of fantastic. I would recommend Rabbies to anyone, but the best part of our tour was our guide, Stevie Daly. He kept us interested and entertained and made every second count. We even had a milestone birthday within our group and he made it special by bringing traditional Irish treats. As far as the tour was concerned, he gave clear and interesting explanations and answered all of our questions. We were all very happy with the tour!

Matthew was our tour driver from Rabbie's. He was great and had loads of information on Irish culture and history and a sense of humor. We got to sit back and relax and enjoy the ride without all the stress. There were a few places that we wouldn't have gone to or be interested in but that is the trade off with a group tour. But still completely worth it. We loved all the nature sights and castles. Just an amazing time and experience for our family. Have a little cash on hand. The sheep demonstration was cash only. The only negative was that we were stuck in the back of the bus for the entire trip. It would have been nice if upfront, the guide would have said every day we are going to rotate in order to give everyone the opportunity to get different views and connect with others. The people in front of us didn't speak English and sometimes the people upfront had conversations with others and the driver that we couldn't hear. Our last day of touring had to be reconfigured due to the fuel protests. That was disappointing but completely understand.

The 5-Day Small Group Escape to the South West from Dublin was absolutely worth every penny! The group size was perfect—I loved traveling in a comfortable 16-passenger van instead of a massive tour bus. It made the experience so much more personal; I truly got to know everyone, and the smaller size allowed us to visit more unique spots that big buses simply can’t reach. Our guide, Stevey, was phenomenal—knowledgeable, fun, and full of great stories. This trip completely changed my perspective: if you visit Ireland and don’t explore the Wild Atlantic Way, you’re missing out on some of the most breathtaking beauty the country has to offer. I laughed so much during this adventure—it felt like true medicine for the soul. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Stevie was an amazing guide, he took us to a lot of hidden gems we didn’t know about. He made every van ride incredibly fun, and always made sure we had enough time at each place. He told us history about the places we were going. He made sure we were always having fun and knew which bars to go too when we got to each destination. 10/10 amazing guide. 10/10 amazing trip.

The 5-day tour in Southern Ireland with our gem of a driver Steve was simply magical. Not only were we given a whistlestop tour of the most beautiful spots im Ireland but we were also given a taste of Irish national identity. I will cherish the many memories of that trip, the laughs, the off-the-beaten-track experience of that journey.
