Looking forward to meeting you just remember this tour is the fun freewheeling tour and it doesn’t suit all personalities . I’m expecting you to have a happy disposition and to be enthusiastic.this tour doesn’t suit everyone. This will be a light hearted tour , funny history of Ireland and generally having fun , if your interested in serious history of Ireland ask me I know some great tours for that . Everyone must be over 21 ,the tour is about 4 hours long , sometimes shorter.
Also I don’t drink , so no pubs on this tour . There is lots of walking and some stairs so keep that in mind when booking this .
I left out the tour details because I want it to be a surprise. This is a light hearted look at Irish history.
If you have 5 or more people in your group , please send me a message before booking onto the tour I only have 10 people per tour so I must arrange things accordingly.

I highly recommend this tour to everyone. If you want to discover a side of Dublin far from the usual tourist spots and clichés, you absolutely have to do it. Top marks to the guide who accompanied us on this Dublin adventure, sharing hilarious stories and anecdotes, taking us through pubs, games, readings, and so much more.

Patrick is knowledgeable, funny and charming. Highlight of the trip was our stop at Sweny’s and being asked to participate in reading an excerpt of Ulysses.

very nice, funny, local guide. Have been allowed to get to know Dublin in a small group, without stress, very individual. Great conversations, insights, fine shops visited like ice cream, chocolate/confectionery, coffee, pubs, local/cool shops. Highly recommended!!! (the opposite of bulk handling)

I preface this review by saying that I am not a walk around for 3+ hours and learning about a country’s history person, but Patrick single handedly changed my stubborn view on that. Patrick was INCREDIBLE. Patrick was extremely knowledgeable, hilarious, and engaging, and kept the entire group locked in from start to finish. What really stood out was his ability to bring history to life in a way that never felt like a lecture. He blended storytelling, humor, and insight so seamlessly that time flew by. You can tell he genuinely cares about what he does, and that passion translates into an unforgettable experience. Even as someone who normally wouldn’t sign up for something like this, I can confidently say this was the top 3 highlight of my trip. If you’re even remotely on the fence about a tour, book Patrick. Thank you Patrick!!

This was one of the best tours I’ve ever been on. The group size was perfect, and our guide Patrick created a fantastic atmosphere with his great sense of humor. He showed us some amazing places, which I won’t spoil here, but I can highly recommend this tour to everyone!

Patrick was very funny and his tour was extremely lively with lots of great secrets! It included parks, landmarks, history and where to eat, drink and visit with a few tasty samples along the way. It culminated with a bit of literature, live music and finally at a pub. All 6 of us from 24 to 67yo gave it 5 stars.

Without a doubt, the best tour in Dublin. Patrick is a fabulous, entertaining guide and really does take you to the hidden gems. A great supplement to the more traditional Book of Kells tour and Dublin’s highlight tour. A bit longer than most tours 3.5-4 hours but treats along the way! A very fun afternoon - very worthwhile.

From the moment our tour began, our guide Patrick had us completely hooked. He was an absolute whirlwind of energy – lively, hilarious, and bursting with the kind of obscure, fascinating knowledge that made every single stop feel like a hidden gem. The absolute highlight? When he somehow managed to get our entire group (a bunch of slightly reserved adults!) playing a ridiculous, silly game right at the end. We were all in stitches, participating like kids, and it was the perfect, joyful way to wrap up an already fantastic experience. The laughter was contagious, and we left with big smiles and even bigger memories
