Super Tours Deliberately Delayed Responding Until Too Late for Refund

1.00Awful company deliberately delayed responding to a message, asking about start time, until less than 24hrs before (after the refund cut off point) then ignored refund requests, saying I had to go via Viator. Viator then called Super Tours who refused to refund. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Avoid this company.
