Enjoyed the canoening tour very much! It was a unique experience to paddle around the dunes and see the unique landscape for the Baltic region. Matas is a true enthusiast who knows a lot about the history and nature. Apart from paddling, he took us on a small hike in the dunes - which felt like walking in a real desert - and shared a lot of interesting stories about what sand conceals beneath.

I was half an hour late, but they were very accommodating and it was no problem. When I got there the guide Emilijus was waiting patiently for me. It was just me and Emilijus but it was a lot of fun. Emilijus was very knowledgeable and had many stories about the region and his experiences. We paddled very close to the Russian border sticking close to the land. Afterwards we hiked along the dunes and even found some wild berries, which were very yummy! It was a fairly easy paddle even as someone who isn’t very experienced. The time flew and was extremely fun! 10/10 would recommend.
