Explore Historical Dunedin city and spectacular Otago Peninsula on this full-day mini group tour. Visit Baldwin St (steepest street in the world), the University of Otago and Dunedin’s famous Scottish heritage sites. Then we will travel alongside the picturesque Otago harbor and take a lunch break at Larnach Castle Ballroom Café and visit the beautiful Larnach Castle and Castle garden. We then drive through rugged Otago wilderness to Hoopers Inlet and near by Allans Beach to observe the unique birdlife and wildlife.

5.00Lucy was great! She was super informative and I was impressed with her ability to do the tour in two languages! This was a semi-private tour in a small minivan, and we were able to get into places where the big busses couldn't go, and didn't have to wait for a ton of people at each meeting point. I would definitely do a tour with her again!

She shared her knowledge of the area and went above and beyond to take us to a stunning beach not originally planned for. Simply a wonderful first day in Dunedin!

5.00I was so glad I picked this private tour instead of one of the cruise ship's excursions! Lucy was a great tour guide who took us to all the great places in the area and taught us a lot along the way. She clearly wanted to make sure we had a wonderful experience. She even returned us to the cruise ship later than expected so we could spend extra time at some of the locations (still in plenty of time for departure). She was patient, kind, and helpful. And the things we got to see were amazing!
