• Satisfactory Tour, But…

  The experience was satisfactory in that we enjoyed a nice e-bike ride through the neighborhood with a stop at Fort James and a nearby beach. The guides, Delroy and Kendrick, were knowledgeable about the history of the fort and the island. The tour was about 2 hours. The negative factors were that the guides were 30 minutes late for pickup and implied that we weren’t there at the designated time. Simply not the case. Secondly, the helmet radios weren’t working properly despite repeated attempts to get them functional, which resulted in the guides having to shout the information to us. Lastly, the guides took several pictures during the tour and stated that they would be forwarded to us. We did not receive any pictures despite several attempts to contact the outfit subsequent to the outing. That was very disappointing for us. We enjoyed our tour, but the above negative factors mentioned above precluded our rendering a higher rating than 3 stars. Proceed with caution when using this outfit.

  Fat Tire Electric Bike completely blew past anything I expected going into it. I figured it would be a simple, laid-back way to see the island, but it ended up being one of the most exciting and memorable parts of my entire trip. Right from the start, the staff set the tone. Everything was smooth, organized, and easy to follow. They made sure everyone understood how the bikes worked, took their time with anyone who needed it, and made safety a priority without making it feel like a lecture. You could tell they genuinely wanted everyone to have a great time while still feeling comfortable and secure. Once we got moving, that’s when it really became something special. The electric bikes made the whole experience effortless. Covering long distances and tackling hills didn’t feel like work at all, which meant you could just enjoy the ride instead of worrying about getting tired. Instead of feeling drained, I felt energized the entire time. What really stood out was how well-rounded the experience was. It had a little bit of everything—fun, excitement, great scenery, and a real sense of adventure. One minute you’re riding along beautiful coastal views, and the next you’re passing through local neighborhoods and getting a closer look at everyday life on the island. It didn’t feel like a typical tour—it felt like you were actually experiencing the place. The guides made a huge difference too. They brought a lot of personality and kept things engaging from beginning to end. It wasn’t just about getting from point A to point B—they made it interactive, shared interesting information, and kept the energy up the whole time. It felt natural and enjoyable, not forced. At the same time, everything felt very safe and well thought out. The route, the pacing, and the way the group was managed all made it easy to just relax and enjoy the ride. Whether you ride bikes all the time or haven’t been on one in years, it’s something you can jump into without any stress. The biggest takeaway for me was how much more fun it was than I expected. This wasn’t just another excursion—it was easily one of the highlights of the trip. It strikes that perfect balance between being exciting and easygoing, structured but still flexible, and adventurous without being overwhelming. If you’re heading to the island and want a different kind of experience, this is absolutely worth doing.

  Great day spent with Delroy & the boys who were very professional & friendly putting safety first at all times They give you a good explanation & test ride before you start The bikes are in excellent condition & comfortable to ride The team ride at a comfortable pace with plenty of breaks & provide iced water & snacks Highly recommend this as a great way to see the island Thank you for a great day 🚲🙂👌🤘👍

  Great experience with knowledgeable tour operators. The tour included headsets which also allowed us to ride safely while still learning about Antigua from the tour guide. 5 stars

  So fun and they took photos and sent them after the tour. It was my husband's favorite part of our trip to Antigua. Stopping at the church and hearing them sing songs we sing at church too was the highlight for me. I suggest going on a Sunday so there is less traffic on the road. It was easy to get use to an ebike - our first time! Definitely use the more comfortable set. Our guides Delroy and Elliott were the best!! I felt safe and confident with them.
