Try to set a top score with family or friends and explore the city. There are no fixed starting times or reservations, you pick your own day and time. The Trail is available 24/7 and there is no time limit - you can start, pause and stop whenever it suits you! It's offered in multiple languages (Eng, Ger, Fr, Ned, Sp, It and more). The Qula City Trail is great fun and the most affordable outing for families and groups of friends. How does it work? With your booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to play the Trail on your smartphone. Android or IPhone compatible. In alkmaar done the E-treasure hunt of Quala. since there is no time limit on the treasure hunt we could do a side activity every now and then or in the cafe. the treasure still leads you through all of alkmaar and is certainly a nice way to see the important points of Alkmaar.

Use of the app was very difficult. Also, it was a challenge for English speakers while on the hunt. Could not have done it without two phones in use, for directions and translations. It was fun and educational, though. Only completed six sites in 90 minutes.

The city treasure hunt was a lot of fun. There was a fairground when we took this walk and that made it even more varied, very cozy. Nice assignments!

Nice idea, but not optimally implemented. The translation was pretty bad in places. If you have a lot of time and are a good walker, you can try the scavenger hunt.

Very entertaining. Got a good impression of the city center and sights. I would recommend it to everyone and am curious about the tours in other cities.

It was nice to see more of Alkmaar than you would normally do yourself. Usually you walk through the city anyway, but this gives you something to hold on to instead of aimlessly strolling.

The impressions you get from Alkmaar are very nice. Some questions were difficult to answer. Sometimes it was due to a lack of knowledge of the Dutch language.
