Only for people that can swim (we do offer vests for extra comfort)
You need to be able to independently walk into the sea with a sea scooter

What To Expect
Sea Scooters are great fun for all levels of snorkeling! There is no need to swim. The sea scooters are easy to handle, they have 3 different speeds up to 8.5km/h (5.3mph). A great way to experience snorkeling if you are not a strong swimmer, the guide will stay close to you and swimming vests are available on requests. The sea scooters are also good fun to play and dive down if you are a confident swimmer and they allow you to explore a large part of the reef. We will provide you with appropriate gear in out shop (at Watersport Center Bonaire) Your guide will explain some basic snorkeling skills, and will brief you about the use of the Sea Scooters. We go to the appropriate snorkeling site by car where we will enter the water together from shore. your guide will take you on an hour guided snorkeling tour along the beautiful reef and can spot the most amazing marine life and tell you all about the coral and fish after the snorkeling session. The whole experience last approximately 2 hours. With approximately 1 hour water time. *Kids are able to join this tour from 8yo. for light kids (usually between 8-12yo) we offer the electric kick board.

5.00Summer is an excellent guide! You are thoroughly prepared before leaving office. She emphasized need to be very cautious getting in and out of water. She assisted us slowly due to incoming waves and large rocks/boulders. We were very unsteady due to this but she was patient. Once we reached chest deep water all was well. Beautiful clear water, colorful fish. E-scooters powerful and help propel you through water. Enjoyed it all!

5.00The water scooper was a fun way to navigate under water with no effort! You can focus on the wild life and fun! Our guide Summer was amazing and very knowledgeable about the area and wildlife, and made our tour very informative. We had an 11 yo and he did great.

5.00Amazing experience and would highly recommend. The guide was so caring and helpful. Loved the small group experience - only 3 of us plus the guide. They picked us up and dropped us off at the cruise terminal. Seen lots of fish and after e-snorkeling it will be hard to go back to regular snorkeling. Definitely take water shoes and it is so easy to just walk off shore and snorkel.

5.00This was a first experience e-snorkeling. We were a bit apprehensive about handling the gear while snorkeling and not being strong swimmers. But Summer, our guide, was simply exceptional. She picked us up from the course port, fitted all our gear, provided all instructions, and drove to the beach. There we reviewed instructions and carefully got in the water, balancing where the waves broke at the shore. More review of instructions, carefully and patiently presented, and observation of each one of us before going further. Summer's calm reassurance and patience even convinced one reluctant member to forge ahead. In the water, she kept an eye on each of us four, and even pointed out two octopuses. All in all, it was a unique and fun adventure, made possible by Summer's patient and winning guidance.

5.00It was a great experience with a super enthusiastic guide; Summer. She knew so much about the fish, the coral! We have seen turtles, squid and lots of tropical fish. An experience never to be hot again! You should definitely do this when you are on Bonaire

5.00Amazing Experience!! The scooters were very fun but Elora our guide showed us so many amazing things! We saw turtles, pufferfish and an eel. She was super patient and helped a member of our party with balance issues into the water
