I want to start by saying this was a great tour! Our tour guide Tony was amazing and he was super knowledgeable and funny. It’s definitely worth what you pay and you are never bored! So glad I decided to book a tour rather than just go to see Chichen Itza alone. I only removed stars because I paid extra for hotel pick up and ended up having to go all the way to Cancun (30 minutes) from my hotel because the streets were “too narrow”. But then a friend booked the same tour who is staying at the hotel and they picked her up but wouldn’t take my partner and I there OR back. They made us get out of the shuttle that we were on and get a uber. And then only gave us $14 back despite the inconvenience.

This trip was such a wonderful experience. We were picked up right on time and even though it was a long journey, Alfredo kept us entertained! Such great value for money and a wonderful day overall. I would recommend bringing breakfast with you as it can be quite a long morning before lunch.

What an unforgettable experience! Chichén Itzá was truly awe-inspiring, and our guide, Rafael, made it even more exceptional. His knowledge of the culture, archaeology and architecture brought the site to life in a way we never expected. The cenote was an experience the kids will not soon forget. Well worth the change of attire. The van was nearly brand new—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—and Eduardo was an outstanding driver who made the journey smooth and enjoyable. While the first and last stops felt a bit touristy, they didn’t detract from the overall experience. In fact, we saved significantly compared to similar tours, especially the ones offered by Xcaret, without sacrificing quality. Highly recommend this tour for anyone seeking both value and depth.

Came on time to pickup from our Hotel stay location through bus - 55 seater semi sleeper bus! After picking up all the passengers then they took us to a place to buy some useless stuffs and marketing it. Also they made us to buy a calendar which is total waste and fraud. If you choose this package then better don't buy anything from this place which is totally not worth it and also don't buy that calendar. After this visit it was around 12pm and then they took us to chichen itza and no food to eat. they gave us 2 hr inside. Started at 2pm and took us to Cenote and lunch. Lunch was good but it was almost 2.15pm local time and we started around 6:30am in the morning so we were completely starving. No water bottle or anything offered to us. They keep asking about tips but other than these remaining all was good. I would suggest you that go on your own.

It was a nice experience, just a bit of a long day (didn’t need to be). Traveling from tulum the trip took 14h, a bit too much. I think some things can be skipped. For example the first stop at a local town felt like it was just a way for us to buy expensive snacks / souvenirs. It wasn’t worth it. I would have rather gone earlier to chichen itza so to get a better temperature and less people Hugo and the crew were really nice and did a great job. Just think it could have been thought better to not waste the time of the passengers
