5.00The tour was absolutely great from start to finish. Everything was well organized, and we never felt rushed, which made the experience relaxing and enjoyable. The airport pickup was very convenient and set the tone for a smooth, stress-free trip. A special mention to Elin or Jeju Mama, our tour guide—she was very lively, interactive, and incredibly hands-on. Elin/Jeju Mama kept the group engaged the entire time and was extremely accommodating, always attentive to everyone’s needs and happy to help. Her positive energy truly made the tour even more memorable. Highly recommended!

3.00This trip had a lot of potential, but it didn't meet my expectations based off the reviews I'd read prior to going. I'm not sure if the tour itself is to blame, or if it was my guide. It was evident that our guide worked from a script and was possibly new to the tour. That's fine, but very little information was given about what we were seeing (historical info, cultural significance, etc) and more information was given about what we'd eat for lunch, where to buy ice cream, and our guide's opinions about things. The Haenyeo diving was canceled due to the weather, which was understandable. (It was freezing outside!) The museum was provided as an alternate and it was a good choice. However, in order to see the exhibits, and actually watch some of the videos (including of the women diving, in the movie theater next to the bathrooms on the 1st floor), 45-60 min was needed, rather than the 30 min we got. We had extra time, too, and could have done it, since we kept rushing back to the bus from things because we were cold (our guide included).

5.00We had an amazing time on the East Jeju tour with Elin. After taking the West tour with her earlier in our trip, we knew we wanted to book with her again—and we’re so glad we did. Elin brings the perfect mix of knowledge, humor, and genuine care for her guests. She kept everyone safe and comfortable throughout the day, all while sharing great stories and guiding us through beautiful spots at the perfect pace. The whole experience felt smooth, thoughtful, and truly enjoyable. If you’re visiting Jeju and want a memorable tour led by someone who goes above and beyond, Elin is the one to choose. 5.00It was a very satisfying tour that 5☆ wasn’t enough! Thank you to Jeju Mama Erin for being so warm and caring throughout and entertaining everyone! Thank you to Kevin for driving safely! Jeju Island was very cold, but today on New Year's Day it was a very nice weather and the ascent of Songaksan was smooth! It was the best tour I ever wanted to put 100☆ on!

5.00This was our second day touring with Elin, and this time we explored the East Coast of Jeju Island with her. After spending a full day with us the day before, we honestly were amazed how she still possesses so much energy and enthusiasm in her work! Elin continued to share fascinating insights into Jeju’s unique culture and landscape from the ever-present winds and volcanic history to the incredible Haenyeo women divers. It was truly a lovely and memorable experience touring with Elin again. Elin truly deserved 5 Stars and one Thumb-Up. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 👍
