What To Expect
Plan your next adventure with our Lapierre Overvolt HT 5.4 Electric hardtail mountain bikes. One of the best e-bikes on the market giving you the freedom to ride further, faster and longer. Suitable for all terrains and abilities, equipped with front suspension, lightweight aluminium frame and long lasting battery. Our pick up location is based in the heart of Sussex and close reach to the South Downs National Park. You'll start the day with a Safety briefing on how to ride the electric bike and we will provide you with the correct sized bike to fit your height, plus a helmet. Feel free to ask us for any recommendations for local areas to cycle to. You'll be required to pick up the bike at 9:30am, 12pm or 2pm as this is our set times for pick up handovers to take place. You'll have the option to book 2 hours, 4 hours, 8 hours or overnight rentals. You'll be expected to return the bike after your chosen duration time. Please note if you decide to book a full day hire (8 hours) with a pick up time of 12pm the bike will need to be returned by 5pm. Most importantly enjoy your day of fun with our professional Lapierre E-bikes. Please note that we are not a traditional shop, so we do not operate with set opening hours or a walk-in service. Our bikes are stored in a dedicated bike shed at our home, and all rentals must be pre-booked. When making your reservation, please ensure you select a specific pick-up time. We kindly ask that you arrive at the scheduled time to collect your bikes. This helps us ensure everything is ready for you and provides a smooth and efficient experience.

Perfect for a scenic trip to Seven Sisters!

5.00Since the RIB tour was fully booked we decided to rent E-MTBs instead, and biked all the way to the Seven Sisters by the ocean. Powerful bikes and top service. The bike-route has signs, and I suggest taking a scenic ride to the right through some beautiful fields to avoid the busy A259. Bike rental is located just a 10 minute walk from Seaford train station.

5.00Last minute idea, let’s ride a bike today. We made a call and 35 mins later we were on our bikes and spent an amazing 4 hours out and about. The e-bikes felt brand new. Easy to use and the different modes made cycling up the hills, very very easy. Even after 4 hours of use, the battery was showing 3 bars, so there was plenty of time and miles left should anyone hire an Ebike for a full day. Easy to arrange and pay for. Easy to drop off. Great service from the husband and wife team, and even got to meet their lovely doggo too. Recommend to anyone, and will gladly use again on our next visit to the area.

5.00Highly recommended day out. We had a lovely day Ebiking as a family. Process of booking, picking up and returning the bikes all easy. Friendly family run business - highly recommended. Excellent location, easy parking and a park next door to familiarise yourself with Ebikes if new to them. Would try again and consider a guided tour of the area.
